It’s a short 3 blocks to downtown, 2 blocks to the sledding hill, 1 block to the skating rink and only 2 blocks to the city tennis courts. This amenity loaded house features 2 fireplaces (1 in master suite); bidet and soaking tub (in master suite); a 6 person hot tub; sauna; exercise area; game room with pool table and Ping-Pong table; a surround sound wide screen TV with VCR and DVD players; a video library with almost 100 videos; library with fax and covered deck access; and a wraparound deck across the entire front of the house. The top or master level includes the master bedroom with a king-sized bed, fireplace, private sitting area with TV/VCR, and a European master bath with bidet and soaking tub.
