A common backyard provides grill and picnic tables for outdoor barbecuing. This condo comes fully equipped for a wonderful vacation;. Restaurants, golf, shopping and ferry service to both Martha's Vineyard and Nantucket are just minutes away. This is an end unit for added privacy. Two people would be most comfortable here although the unit can sleep 4. Why spend over $200 per night for a motel room when you can be here. Just bring your sheets and towels and move in!

Rent an electric paddle boat or canoe/kayak and paddle your way up Swan River ending at West Dennis Beach. Try a Whale Watch out of neighboring Harwichport or take a cruise around Hyannisport Harbor. Antique shops galore line historic route 6A in Dennis. Golf, hiking and bike rentals are close by. Ferry service to Martha's Vineyard and Nantucket are just minutes away. Activities are endless on beautiful Cape Cod. *Area: Dennisport is located approximately one and one-half hours from Boston.

It is centrally located in the middle of Cape Cod, making it convenient for day trips to either direction of the cape. This area offers some of the best restaurants featuring the freshest of seafood. Cape Cod Mall in Hyannis is 20 minutes away, but shops of all kinds stretch for miles on route 28, which is five minutes from the condo.

We really enjoyed our week at Seawinds! The place was clean when we arrived and was quite comfortable. My teenage son just loved the loft (but the loft would not be suitable for younger children). Being steps from the beach was great. Listening to the ocean waves at night while falling asleep was quite tranquil. The central-cape location made excursions anywhere on the cape a very reasonable drive. Dealing with the owner was pleasant and professional. Should we plan another Cape Cod vacation, this rental will be the likely destination!

We absolutely loved staying at this condo. It was bright and airy, immaculate and nice to be able to walk across the street to a private beach. The renter was a delight to work with.

Would thoroughly recommend renting this property!
