$100/week deposit is required to reserve your booking. We give a $100 discount for each additional week of the rental. We can accept credit cards through 'PayPal'. We will also accept a personal check if you are booking prior to 60 days before arrival date. The balance of booking is due 30 days prior to the arrival date. Cancellation Fee: We give a full Refund, minus transfer fees if we are able to rerent the house. The holiday rate for Easter/Spring Break, Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Years is $1100/week. Pool heating will add $150 per week to any rental.

Large family room with cable TV, DVD, CD and VHS players. Game room: Pool, Table Tennis, Foosball, PS2. 100+ film library. Vacation reading library / book exchange. Games and Toys for kids of all ages. Master bedroom with king sized bed, en-suite bathroom and TV. Total of 6 TVs. Queen bedroom with access to pool area. 3 twin bedrooms. Gas Grill.
