Our 5 BR lakeside home is the perfect place for your next vacation. You will find Cumbrian Lakes a quiet, peaceful place to come back to after a day enjoying the attractions around Orlando. Cumbrian Lakes is surrounded by conservation areas and has beautiful walking paths for the nature lover. With a private pool and spa you can relax each evening in solitude and comfort. Our south facing deck and pool receives sun all year. Nearly every room in the house has a spectacular view of the central lake. Come and enjoy all that the Orlando area has to offer.

Our home is located just off of Poinciana Bl. in Kissimmee. It is in a quiet setting in a small development, yet we are only 10 minutes from the front gate of Disney World. It takes only minutes to reach any of the major attractions in the Orlando area.

Rental Rates for this vacation house rental in Cumbrian Lakes, Florida

Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency () unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

Notes

  • $700-1100/Week: Rate includes rent, tax and cleaning fees.
  • Rates are listed in US dollars.
    $100/week deposit is required to reserve your booking. We give a $100 discount for each additional week of the rental. We can accept credit cards through 'PayPal'. We will also accept a personal check if you are booking prior to 60 days before arrival date. The balance of booking is due 30 days prior to the arrival date. Cancellation Fee: We give a full Refund, minus transfer fees if we are able to rerent the house. The holiday rate for Easter/Spring Break, Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Years is $1100/week. Pool heating will add $150 per week to any rental.

Fabulous Family Vacation!

This villa met all our expectations & more! We had ample room for our large family (13) & all the children were so busy playing in the pool,feeding the ducks & actually seeing a new family of baby ducks being born that they stopped asking to go anywhere & couldn't wait to get back from the parks! The villa was beautiful; had everything we needed, & best of all -provided a restful place for the parents & grandparents to relax, watch the sunsets & enjoy the spa in the evening when all the children settled down. Walking around the lakes was very enjoyable & exciting especially seeing the alligators & different types of wildlife. The children even caught some fish & were so proud! Brad was wonderful to work with & was so patient with all my e-mails & questions-thank you ! The rental people were very courteous & easy to work with also. We would highly recommend this villa to any one planning a vacation in Florida & already have to some of our friends & family. A car is necessary, but everything-stores, attractions,etc. are within a few minutes drive. This vacation is one the entire family will be talking about for a long time!

Perfect Family or Friends Vacation Home

Just recently stayed at the home. As stated by Brad/Carol it is very close to shopping and Disney. We enjoyed our stay and the home was clean with a few minor problems that was addressed and handle in a timely manner. Although the homeowners should consider upgrading the televisions in the home.

A Perfect Vacation

Our rental home was perfect. What a great time we had! It is in a safe,quiet, gated, subdivision. The location makes it easy to get to Disney quickly. Of course, there is so much to do in Kissimmee. We love going to Old Town to see the shops and old car cruises. And Walmart and Publix are close. We also go to the Whole Foods on Sand Lake Rd & Turkey Lake Rd. The owner was very nice and easy to deal with. Florida Leisure was very supportive and there if we needed anything. The house itself was very clean. It was well maintained and in perfect shape. We appreicated the games and videos provided.
The pool is just great. The view outside the pool lanai is beautiful. There is a lake with a fountain in it. We saw many stunning sunsets from the pool patio. And the grill made cooking out easy and convenient. We feel fortunate we found such a perfect place to rent. Best wishes to anyone who gets to rent this beautiful home!

Ideal holiday home for large families/friends

Had a very enjoyable holiday at this villa. Everything was very clean and equipment/facilities were exactly as described in the details.

The pool is great and large enough for children to play in.

Although a car is needed to get anywhere good shops are only 10 minutes away and Disney etc only about a 15 minute drive away.

Nice quiet neighbourhood.

A Fantastic Place to Vacation

We had a wonderful time on our vacation! The house was perfect! We had 9 people staying in the house and there was plenty of room for everyone. The pool was great! You never have to step out of the screened in area or onto grass to get to the pool! That was perfect! It was very relaxing to come home after a tiresome hot day at Disney to the cool, insect free pool! We have recommended the house to everyone talking of a Disney vacation. It is a great house! Brad was great, he was very honest and easy to work with.
