This two bedroom / two bathroom, end unit condo on the third floor is located directly on desirable South Marco Beach. This condo was recently completely renovated and includes a new, updated kitchen and full-size washer and dryer. From the screened lanai, you can look up and down one of the world’s few crescent-shaped beaches. The western view over the Gulf of Mexico provides for stunning sunsets. Beach-goers can enjoy shelling, quiet walks, parasailing, wave runner rentals and building sand creations with the family. Also, it is a short walk to shopping, restaurants and the theater.
