Painted Mountain, home of John Jacobs Golf School, Longbow, Red Mountain Ranch , Las Sendas Country Clubs, Alta Mesa, Royal Palms Mesa Family Golf, and Arizona Golf Resort, and of course Apache Wells. Nicest 1 Bedroom here, with large NW Corner View Balcony off living room, and off large bedroom with walk-in closet. Minimum Rental preferred is 3 months in winter, otherwise monthly. 55+ community.

Great location, condo has a great view of the pool and is well maintained. Delores and I greatly enjoyed our stay there and also our dealings with David were always upbeat.

Can't go to far wrong with this one.

tough to beat....

well maintained condo close to everything!! really was a treat. great neighbours. balcony overlooking the pool/hot tub and spectacular sunsets. David was always accessible if I had any questions about
the condo (or a good restaurant!). Best part--NO snow!! I will be
back.
