TRANQUIL BEACHFRONT VILLA -ASK ABOUT LAST MINUTES SPECIALS!!!

This condo sit right on the sand. My husband and I enjoyed get up every morning to sit on the patio to enjoy our coffee. Then we like to take a morning walk with our Westie on the Broadwalk and the dog beach which located just minutes away. We did not have to drive around much because it was so enjoyable just wondering around the Newport Beach. The condo is located between the Balboa pier and Newport Beach pier. There many restaurants and shop within walking distance. The condo comes with basic cookware and dishes. I am not much a cook and do not want to miss out on so many great restaurants here. So we unusually just eat breakfast in the condo and eat out for lunch and dinner. We find things are mostly sufficient in the condo. We love the area and location. We stayed for 5 days in the Spring. Plan to stay a week next time. This cono has 1 garage parking per unit. If you have 2 cars, you need to park on the street. There are plenty of parking on the street but some are meter parking. Newport Beach is one of the most popular beach in Southern California. I guess I cannot complaint.

The Newport Beach Beachfront Villa is a one of a kind stay that will surely bring fun and relaxation to any oncoming visitors. The house is literally on the beach so the convenience factor is INCREDIBLE; it takes less then 30 seconds to walk from your bedroom down to the beautiful Newport coast. The location is scenic and relaxing, bringing along friendly locals and business owners. The pier is also a short walk away (close to 5min) which is a great hangout spot with friends and family and the local food establishments are also located around that area. (Make sure to try out TK Burgers, its a most have for any beach visitor!) The property manager was extremely friendly and professional, and we felt very welcomed to the housing. Cups and pans were provided, so that saved us the hassle of bringing that ourselves. Overall, the stay was phenomenal and the location is nothing short of perfect. Highly recommend this to any interested future visitors!

I love the central location of this place. There's so much to do here, so if you ever want a weekend getaway, you won't ever get bored of this place. Everything here is within a comfortable walking distance, including some fun and some fancy restaurants. You wouldn't think this place would have much to do during the down season, but it's so nice. It's not really as busy so it's so relaxing and you can walk around and spend time at Fashion Island. This place is so beautiful and romantic. Picturesque to be honest. Really good buy, really great customer service, money well spent. This place is so nice and fun. In the summer the weather is perfect from April to September and it's not even terribly cold in the winter.
All in all, I love this area. There's so much to do and it's the perfect weekend getaway.
