inexpensive way to sleep 8 people

cheap for a way to put up 6 teenagers, stale smell in bedding, floor caving in in one spot (seems a little dangerous since on top floor), is spacious, kitchen updated and lots of seating for meals, easy walk to town on trail, water leak on bed in second bedroom-didn't know that was the reason for dampness until last day when water leaking alot onto bed when someone showering upstairs, didn't see the updating except in kitchen, you have to step over the big heat vent to get on the deck, slider filthy, would upgrade to a better location next time but loved Breckenridge, pool and hot tub hours silly-closed at 6:00pm also too many kids in the pool to make it enjoyable

Owner's Response: The issue with the water leak was fixed immediately after the guest left the condo. We always ask that if you have any issue whatsoever to call us immediately. We have a great handyman that will show up as soon as possible. We want our guests to be as comfortable as possible. Please do not wait until after your departure.
The pool has much longer hours during the winter months.
