This was a perfect place for us three women friends to get away from it all and enjoy the quiet beauty of the hills and the incredible hospitality of Lloyd, the owner. The Ridge Suite reflects Lloyd's artistic talent, with magical colors, textures, and shapes. The rooms were spotlessly clean, and the kitchen was well organized with everything we needed.The bathroom was gorgeous. We wandered the 5-acre property, watched dragonflies and birds, talked to the deer, and enjoyed the flower-filled fields below and the great view in the distance from the 3-person swinging chair at the top of the hill. Lloyd was the consummate host, offering us wonderful tips on local places to visit, arriving at our front door each morning with orange juice and coffee, and going out of his way to make sure we had a pleasurable visit. His artistry showed up again in the amazing breakfasts he created for us, catering to special diet considerations for one of our group. We hope to return, and have told many of our friends about this very special place. By the time we left after our 2-day stay, we felt like Lloyd had become a good friend.
