Photos and Description of the Elviria area vacation villa rental

This high class villa is placed in a quiet, peaceful region (Urbanisation) which is called Marbesa and is preferred by a lot of german tourists. It’s only 100m from the beach. The arrangement and furniture of the house is bright and comfortable with a spacious kitchen including dining corner . The dining room is next to it as well as the living room. There are two bedrooms and 3 bathrooms (one of them for guests). The main bedroom with King size bed has an additional TV, the second bedroom has a full size bed. Another open room can be used as office or as third bedroom with two single beds. Altogether it’s about 200sqm, the whole property has 900sqm. There are three bigger patios, one of them is roofed over. You can also use the sauna with an integrated fitness room. The tropical garden with your own swimming pool cannot be seen from outside and is absolutely private.

Tennis: In the neighbourhood there are many different Tennis clubs. (Don Carlos,El Casco,Tenniscenter Hofsäss) Really recommendable is the Club del Sol in Calahonda where you can take part at a lo of good organized tennis matches and where you can also spend an enjoyable day or evening with nice people after the matches. Including Drinks and little Spanish Tapas.

Golf: Costa del Sol is a paradise for golfers. You can find a lot of 18- hole- golf courses there. Further information on request

Geräumiges, sauberes Haus mit schönemGarten und Pool, alles wie beschrieben - ideal für uns ( 2 Familien ). Gemütliches Restaurant in der Nähe ( beim Campingplatz) Kleiner Nachteil ist der teilweise steinige Strand.

Sehr gepflegtes Anwesen, entsprechend der Beschreibung.
Ruhige Lage neben einem Park, Supermärkte und Meer sind zu Fuss gut erreichbar.
Internet geht über Kabel, Moderne Bäder und großzügige Zimmer.
Mietauto ist sinnvoll, ausser man liegt nur am Strand.

Da kann man eigentlich nichts falsch machen.
Gerne wieder.
