Located in the glorious Gold Coast region of South Orange County, 'The Headlands' lies just north of Dana Point Harbor. Only a few steps from a beautiful white-sand beach and one of SoCal's best surfing and boogie boarding beaches, the Strands Suite is the perfect vacation home for families, lovebirds or singles seeking a little peace and quiet and a lot of fun! We're near several Southern California cities and guests will love to explore the many sites offered to them. Laguna Beach lies just up the road with wonderful restaurants and fine art galleries. Hollywood & San Diego are equal distances to the North and South and there are plenty of amusement parks nearby like Disneyland and Legoland.

Dana Point a quite Beach town with lots of things to do. Condos are one block south of the Ritz Carlton and have direct access to famous surfing beaches. We are located in the middle of Los Angeles and San Diego. Lot to do in town including but not limited to sunning,surfing, boogie boarding, biking, roller blading and golfing. Close to Disneyland, Knotts Berry Farm, San Diego Zoo, Sea World, Lego Land and for adults the Casinos and Horse Races. Also close to Laguna Beach enjoy the festivals, Newport Beach One of the largest shopping Centers in the world South Coast Plaza, and you also have the outdoor mall with Ocean Views Fashion Island.

  • $900-1400/Week
  • Daily and Monthly rates are negotiable.

    We take Visa/MasterCard (3.0%) convenience fee is added).

    $500 deposit due at the time reservation is made. Deposit will be returned within 14 days of departure, less $175-250 cleaning fee (depends on size of group).

    Rental fee is due 45 days prior to arrival.

    Cancellations received 30 days or less from the arrival date shall be subject to a $500 cancellation fee and 50% of the rental fee.

    Check-in time is 4:00 p.m.
    Check-out time is 10:00 a.m.

    Additional charge for more than 3 people.
