    Please add cleaning fee of $135 for less than 10 nights.
    Cancellation Policy: If for some reason you have to cancel (I hope you do not) prior to your arrival date, I will attempt to rent the unit and forward you a refund minus a fee of $150.00. If I cannot rent the unit then no refund will be returned.
    A $500 deposit is required within one week of reservation. The balance is due 60 days prior to your arrival.
    Please add $10 per person over party of six.
