Unit 106 is a large (1,396 square feet including lanai), recently remodeled (2004) condo with all new beds and appliances. It is a 2 BR unit with one queen bed in the master bedroom and both a queen bed and a single bed in the 2nd bedroom. The unit faces the 8th hole of the Kaluakoi Golf course and is a short walk from the beach.
In the Unit: • New Sony Trinitron color TV (with DVD player) • Cable TV • High speed cable Internet access (free of charge) (wired and wireless) • HP computer and printer with high speed wired and wireless Internet • Ceiling fans • Full kitchen and living room • Large lanai • Washer and dryer in the condo • Dishwasher, full stove and oven, microwave, blender, etc.
