Our spacious condo is located near the top of Buffalo mountain overlooking the forest with views of Lake Dillon. Near Keystone, Breckenridge, Copper Mountain, A-Basin, Vail, and Loveland ski Areas, this first floor condo has a newly remodeled kitchen and new couches. Large sliding glass door opens up to the forest and hiking trails. Indoor swimming pool, hot tub and sauna located down the hall. Near the outlet stores and on the free summit county bus line.

Our complex, Buffalo Village is located next to the Arapahoe National Forest on Buffalo Mountain in Silverthorne, Colorado. Great views of Lake Dillon and mountains right out the door. Several hiking trails to lakes, water falls and other picturesque places. High in the Colorado Mountains close to six ski resorts, Keystone, Breckenridge, Copper Mountain, Araphoe Basin, Vail and Loveland.

  • $85-200 /Night
  • Reservation Deposit
    $100 is due within 10 days of making reservation. This will hold the unit. The balance, plus $50.00 security deposit, is due 45 days prior to arrival. Security deposit will be returned within 15 days after rental. Lockbox code will be given to unit upon receipt of final payment.

    Payment can be made by personal check or traveler’s check. Please make checks payable to Pat Pugh.

    Cancellations
    Initial deposit will be returned if cancellation is made 45 days prior to arrival. Entire rental amount will be forfeited for a no show or for a cancellation made less than 14 days prior to arrival.

    Check-In & Check-Out
    Check-In is after 4:00 pm. Check-out is before 10:00am. Arrangements can sometimes be made for early check-in and late check-out, please call.

    Responsibility
    The guest assumes responsibility for the loss of contents or damages to the unit during your occupancy.

Activities/Area:: Lake Dillon and a number of rivers are located nearby. A large factory outlet mall is located in Silverthorne - ten minutes from condo. Excellent restaurants are found throughout the area. Activities In winter: Summit County has some of the best skiing in the world at Keystone, Breckenridge, Copper Mt, A-Basin and Vail. Other winter activities include cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, ice skating and snowmobiling. Come spring, summer or fall you will enjoy some great golf on the many beautiful courses. Other activities include fishing on the Gold Medal Blue River, Lake Dillon and the many high mountain lakes, hiking or biking, tennis 4-wheel driving, horseback riding and much more. Area: Walk to scenic hiking trails and cross country skiing in the national forest. Less than 20 minutes to super skiing at Keystone, Copper, Breckenridge and A-Basin. 10 minutes to Silverthorne Recreation Center.

The Free Summit County Shuttle bus runs by the condo and takes you to the Factory Outlet Stores and to the other towns in the area.
