The large master bedroom suite is on the same floor off of the nook and has two double queen size beds. The magnificent views continue throughout the bedroom suite into the bath area with a walk in shower, walk in closet and a romantic garden tub where you can soak and enjoy the wonderful view of Lake Keowee
The downstairs area provides private accommodations that would be perfect for a second family. There are two bedrooms each with a queen size bed that share a jack and jill bathroom area. Each bedroom has it’s own sink area. There is also a cozy sitting area for television viewing or just watching the sailboats drift by. There also a large exercise room with a Schwinn Airdyne stationary bike, free weights and bench-press table with leg raiser. This weight room can also provide extra sleeping area if required. A double blow up mattress and two folding children’s cots are provided as well as a Pak n Play for a smaller child. If you are interested the room also contains a collapsible professional massage table with soft sheepskin coverings. An office and laundry room also occupy the downstairs level..
Stacks of books and children/adult games are provided for your entertainment.
A set of beautiful stone steps lead down to a private sandy beach which provides a perfect area for swimming and buidling sand castles with your children or grandchildren. A small fire for cooking hot dogs or marshmallows on the beach is the perfect picnic. Two Kayaks with appropriate life jackets are provided for your enjoyment.
The covered dock provides an excellent swimming platform with folding ladder adjacent to the sandy beach. It provides the perfect place place for having an evening cocktail and watching the sun set directly in front of you. The dock also has 2 mooring whips if you wish to bring your own boat or rent one at the marina just round the corner.
The three-car garage has ample room for parking and storage. Included are two 10 speed male and female bikes with helmets for your use. There are also plenty of rods and reels for those who wish to fish. The waters are filled with large mouth bass which will give you a sporting challenge as well as providing a wonderful meal if you choose.

Golfers will enjoy the various public and private golfing options available. Public tennis courts are located in one of the nearby state parks. No matter what the weather, you will be comfortable in this heated and air-conditioned home filled with unparalleled panoramic views of the lake.
Football fans will also enjoy the proximity to Clemson University and Death Valley whish is only 7 miles away opposite the main traffic flow. Football weekends are available for all home games with a three night minimum.
Shopping is nearby and convenient with two major grocery stores, two pharmacies and a Mexican and Japanese restaurant all within 1.5 miles. A book will be provided showing the location of several restaurants in the area. The book will also list the location and contact info on area activities.
