Enjoy a full ocean view right from the livingroom window! This 2 bedroom/2 bath luxury condo looks out over the Boardwalk into the waves. There is a master bedroom with a king-sized bed and separate bath, a TV with a DVD/VHS combination, and a wide selection of movies to watch. The second bedroom has two twin beds with a hall bath. The kitchen is new with maple cabinetry and granite countertops, and comes complete with everything you need. Just bring food! The livingroom has a big-screen TV with a DVD player and HBO, a sleeper sofa, and comfortable seating for the whole group. Extras include boogie boards, games, beach chairs, beach towels, and luxury guest body and bath amenities (Gilchrist & Soames). Mission Beach has it all...restaurants, nightlife, shopping, grocery stores, parks...all within walking distance or a short bike ride.

Be sure to visit Belmont Park just south on the Boardwalk for a ride on the landmark roller coaster 'The Big Dipper' which twists and turns not far from the water's edge. The park also has other rides, shops, food, and an olympic indoor swimming pool with posted public swimming times. If you are visiting during whale-watching season, you may not have to leave the livingroom to spot one of these magnificent creatures! At the least, you will see dolphins, birds diving for food, sailboats cruising by, surfers, and other water activities. One of San Diego's most famous attractions, Sea World, is on Mission Bay's southeastern corner; the San Diego Zoo and LegoLand are within a short driving distance. DisneyLand is less than two hours North. With a wide array of things to do, many people choose Mission Beach as their vacation destination. We hope you will make our home your 'Home at the Beach.

The location of the condo is right on the beach in Mission Beach...can't get better than this. My communication with the owner was very smooth and easy.
The only thing I would add would be wireless internet and a DVD player in the living room.
I would stay here again.

Great Family getaway

This was a great place to stay with our kids who are both under age two. It is very safe and terrific for the active family. The boardwalk is right in front and the location is right in the middle of North Mission Beach. Just a short walk to the Pier and to Belmont Park. We were lucky enough to be there during the full moon and it was beautiful. The owners were very gracious and friendly. I would use this place again.
