Bedroom Descriptions:
Amenities: Sleeps 2-18 persons. Master bedroom pod with sitting room, large bathroom with walk-in community shower. Master bedroom nearly overhangs the water with expansive sliding doors. DSL Internet-home is wireless, DVD player, Large screen TV with Satellite TV. Gourmet Kitchen and Bar. Three separately controlled air conditioning/heating systems in house. Other 4 BR each with own private baths with showers. Third pod has two queen bed in loft, mini kitchen and double sleeper sofa. Other two pods have queen beds. Two queen pop up portable beds available. 5th Studio apartment has two queen beds. Gourmet kitchen with all cooking appliances, stocked bar, dishes and extras. Dining room seats a party of 16.
Activities Descriptions:
Satellite surround sound TV, High speed internet, DVD player, stereo player and portable radio, two gas barbeque grills one off kitchen that leads to 50 foot lookout tower with views of ICW, Sarasota Bay and Gulf of Mexico- great for cocktails! Other grill on ground level by beach and tiki bar. Basketball court with light for night use, snorkeling gear, rafts, 3 kayaks and 24' pontoon included.
Many restaurants are accessible by boat and within a 2 minute boat ride. Equipment on premises for kayaking, wind surfing, snorkeling, fishing and fishing tackle. Sun bathe on beach/dock or enjoy shelling on nearby beaches. Downtown Sarasota, Bradenton Beach only a 10 minute car ride to many cultural events and shopping. Disney World is a two hour car ride-easy day trip.
Activities: Swimming, boating, snorkeling, water skiing, scuba diving, kayaking, shelling, strolling on beach, bicycling, sunbathing, reading. Basketball court on premises.

Your Transportation to Island:
Your vacation includes a 2006 24 foot Bentely Tri- toon Pontoon boat. Plenty of seating and great for tubing!
Other water toys included are: three kayaks, snorkeling gear and fins, beach chairs, children's beach toys,. 14 beach towels, floating rafts, 4 fishing rods, crab traps, and net for bait fishing.
Golf:
There are three public golf courses within a 5 mile radius of the home. Information on golfing is available in our beach house booklet. Inquire for more information about location and rates.
