It is an East corner unit directly facing the Gulf of Mexico for the best panoramic view on the beach. With free internet/long distance this gated complex is the perfect place to vacation. This Condo is maintained in top condition and is well equipped to provide you with quality accommodations. There is a large elevator and utility carts to transport your belongings. This second floor unit allows convenient beach access with only one flight of stairs or an elevator. There are two shopping centers directly across the street to satisfy your immediate shopping needs. While the area specializes in wonderful seafood restaurants there are many restaurants for every taste and budget. The pool has a soothing waterfall, seating all around and is gated (perfect for children). A separate boardwalk with shower provides access to the beach's white sand.

Spring Break Rental

PROS: Bill and Pat were very accomodating and easy to get in touch with. The location of the unit was amazing, and since it was a smaller condo unit, the beach and pool area were not at all crowded. The rooms were spacious with plenty of space for two couples to spread out. The bed in the master bedroom was comfy and the closet space and master bath made it feel like we could spread out and not be cramped. The kitchen had plenty of storage space, dinnerware and glasses.

CONS: There was some sort of a leak in the master bedroom and the carpet near the ocean side of the bedroom was soaked for our whole stay. Since it was chilly at night, we needed to keep the windows closed and the room smelled damp and moldy. Since I suffer from allergies, this was not conducive for a good nights' sleep. The carpet in the master bedroom needed a good cleaning, too. I felt that the other bedroom (the one with a balcony) could have used a new mattress as that one was very hard. To each their own, though. The kitchen could use a new blender and coffee maker. A few small things could have been taken care of: there was no clock or remote in the master bedroom and quite a few burned out light bulbs throughout. I imagine that It is hard to stock and rent out a home when you are not there to oversee everything.

Great Springbreak Getaway- Emerald Key

My family (Wife and I, 10 yr. old, 7yr. old, 2 yr.old) loved the condo. Very spacious, clean, updated... Loved the washer/dryer room, and full kitchen for sit-in meals at the condo. The location to the ocean was super for the kids. Very nice environment for our young children. We hope that this unit will be available for us next time.

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay over spring break!! This is is a nice quiet family friendly place to vacation. The close proximity to the gulf shore, and the beautiful view made this a great family getaway. The interior was modern and well furnished with TVs and dvd players. There were several grocery and convenience stores nearby. The owner was easy to contact and answered questions promptly. We hope to make a return visit.

This property is conveniently located with gated parking. Unit has many upgrades and noticeable attention to detail with artwork and decor. Love hearing the ocean from the master bedroom! Having both the pool and ocean view from the second floor makes for a vacation that is truly amazing and memorable!

Great place. Location is unbeatable. Restaurants, grocery stores, etc. all within walking distance. Parking was great with gated entrance. Owners were very accomodating with outstanding customer service.
