This beautiful mountain-top condo is located at the top of Swiss Mountain at Seven Springs Resort and all of the resort's activities, summer recreation, winter skiing, special events, dining, and more! Free high speed Internet in the condo! Winter snow skiing, indoor and summer outdoor swimming pools, tennis courts, game room, and golf! Renters have full access to Seven Springs Resort and Free shuttle to the lodge. The 2-story condo has 2 bedrooms and 2 baths, A/C, fully equipped kitchen/dining room, TVs, VCR, sheets and towels provided. Beds, bunk beds, fold-out couch, and futon couch as many as 9. Nearby condos may provide additional space. Keys sent before your trip, no check-in required.

Additional information about rental rates

  • $100-750/Night
  • Deposit of 1/2 total rental due at time of booking unless a reservation is made less than one month before occupancy. Rent balance and additional $300 damage deposit is due one month prior to reservation. Deposits are refundable up to one month prior to reservation. Renters are liable for the total cost of all damages and repairs beyond normal wear and maintenance. The damage deposit of $300 will be returned within 4 weeks of departure if there are no damages or unusual cleaning costs.
  • Rent for the entire ski season 12/1-3/15 for $7500 plus utilities.
