Location: Our Cottage is located on the shores of beautiful South Lake Leelanau (100 feet private frontage), in the heart of Leelanau County, approximately 25 minutes from downtown Traverse City.
Accommodations: We offer 3 Bedrooms, 2 full Baths, and over 1200 Square Feet of living space. A breathtaking panoramic view (180 degrees) of Lake Leelanau can be enjoyed in the spacious sunroom. The property has an expansive lawn that sweeps down to 100 Feet of prime lake frontage. A large deck looking out over the water is perfect for enjoying the view and leads to the dock. The lake is an all sports lake that is 23 miles long, has clear, clean water, hard sandy bottom (no muck or reeds) and is perfect for swimming, boating, fishing and other water activities. A 5-person paddle boat is provided for your use at no extra charge.
The cottage also has an air conditioner for your comfort.

Activites: Swimming, relaxing and boating are the top choices, but nearby are the Sleeping Bear Dunes, the National Lakeshore, Lake Michigan, several golf courses, wineries, Leelanau Sands Casino. Also, there are many quaint resort towns with excellent dining, shopping, art galleries, museums, festivals and more. Other activities include: fishing, spectacular fall colors, parks, trails and endless winding country roads for biking, hiking or just beautiful sightseeing.
Area activities: Our cottage is 25 minutes from downtown Traverse City, 5 minutes from the towns of Cedar and Lake Leelanau, and less than 30 minutes to many other areas to include: Suttons Bay, Leland, Glen Arbor, Sleeping Bear Dunes, and Lake Michigan.
