We are long-time Manhattan Beach residents and have 3 children who attend the local elementary school. We enjoy having friends over and spending the day at the beach, bike riding, walking to dinner, and all of the things that Manhattan Beach has to offer.
This is our primary home and Manhattan Beach is our favorite area in Southern California.
We love not having to drive anywhere on the weekend. You can walk downtown for coffee, or enjoy breakfast on any of our four outdoor decks and patios. Biking, running, roller blading, surfing, swimming, and everything else is just outside the front door. Barbequing in the evening and relaxing in the bar round out a perfect day!
