From arrival to departure, you will be surrounded in memories - from family and guest photos to stories and experiences recorded in our guestbook. Throughout your stay, you will feel right at home, as relaxation and happiness is our goal. This oceanfront condo is full of personality and memories that you can connect with and smile with. In every angle of our unit you can see a past. Over time, the walls of Condo 201 have observed romance, dreams, crossroads, and reflection. We hope you will enjoy it as much as we have over the years.

This condo has been a part of our family for the past 10 years. We stayed here upon recommendation and felt like we should never leave. Over the years, our condo has seen honeymoons, anniversaries, reunions; one thing that has always remained a constant is the happiness it brings. One starry night, a business was dreamt up on the balcony; a business that had the power to turn around a family. That family is still going strong today. The memories that we have made in that condo are more prominent in my head than any others made in my life. We hope you will take this opportunity to create memories and experiences as happy as ours. The guestbook alone will show what others think and say. This condo is truly a place that you and your family will love every single day.

About Gabe massie

I am a native West Virginian, I can honestly write West Virginia is the only place along with the reason I don't reside in Myrtle Beach. My family and I own Insurance Companies as well as real estate and even a cattle company in virginia and west virginia. We are a family that loves to have many variations and wouldn't have it any other way. We love meeting people and welcome new thoughts,ideas,and life statements everyday. We would love to meet everyone staying at the condo and any comments please put your heart into as we so dearly appreciate the good and bad.(In the photo attached is myself at a local organic pumpkin farm last fall. Why Gabe massie chose Regency Towers

The reason we choose our condo is we have traveled the world and found we honestly believe that we keep coming back here every time. Alot of people would rather travel to the Caribbean as I have and such, but I find those trips so exhausting in the end that I really never enjoyed it to begin with. Everyone should visit those places as they are great in their own respect but I always chose to come back to myrtle beach and this condo again and again.

What makes this condo unique

The condo simply has more to offer than most vacation spots in myrtle beach. When your at the condo your not stuck in the clouds without seeing people, shells, surf and even a lifeguard chair without a binocular. Your right there and eye level with it all you can walk to Springmaid Pier any day you would like to fish and sightsee, You can walk to a great National Chain Restaurant Damon's Grille, You can walk to golf a Par 3 golf course and get a quick game in. You are 1.6 miles from Market Common the Newest Shopping experience with Starbucks, Tommy Bahamas, P.F. Changs, Anthropolgie, Banana Republic, Orvis, Grand Cinemas, Pottery Barn, White House/Black Market, Victoria Secret, Williams Sonoma and much more, Broadway at the Beach is 2.3 Miles away, Myrtle Beach State Park is 2.4 Miles away, Ripleys Aquarium Nascar Speed Park all 3 miles away. The options are endless as you can see and I think more than that your happiness will have the magic here making you believe.

We loved our two week stay in this lovely condo, was exactly as pictured in owner's photos. Beautiful pictures and decorative items made this very much like home. Kitchen well stocked and a beautiful view from our spacious balcony and being on the second floor made it even more enjoyable, as my husband likes being able to use the stairs! Two of our favorite restaurants, Thorny's Steakhouse and Damon's, were excellent as usual. Would recommend this condo for a wonderful getaway and found the owner very helpful and staff were great. Would stay at this property again!!

BEST CONDO AT THE BEACH

The stay was excellent, furnished nicely, all the things needed for a pleasant stay. Location was excellent, close to the best restaurants and activities, located towards the south end of Myrtle Beach. This location was close enough to town center but far away enough to avoid traffic and congestion. Will stay again and highly reccomend this condo. Condo located at end of building with great balcony overlooking the beach on the second floor..........

My fiancé and I got engaged while on a miniature vacation from work. We stayed here at the condo for the final 2 days of our stay and it was spectacular! Right on the beach, located near most attractions, and a nice view of the sunrise. Rooms and condo were very clean and well put together. I would recommend this condo to anyone looking for a great place to stay!

Loved this Place!

I don't think I could say enough good things about Regency Towers and especially room 201. We had an amazing time and I will always carry with me the memories made during my stay here. The condo was beautifully decorated, spacious and the kitchen was stocked with everything you need to stay in and make a meal. Beds were comfy and actually curling up on the couch wasn't bad either! The extra amenities that the facility provides were great and the staff were really friendly. I also remember the grounds being kept very clean and how impressed I was with that.
All in all, as I said before, I really enjoyed it and hope we're able to make it back there sometime soon. I would absolutely recommend staying here to anyone I know.
