This full log cabin cottage is very clean and cozy. In the words of one of our past guests, 'it's so cute, you could eat it with a spoon'. Our cottage sleeps 6 people comfortably in two bedrooms plus a fully enclosed front porch with twin bed. There's one bath, a full kitchen and living/dining area with cable TV, DVD/VHS and stereo. The cottage is carpeted throughout and has a natural gas furnace. The backyard offers a gas grill under a covered open air back porch, a picnic table with umbrella and a fire pit. Our cottage is conveniently located 10 minutes south of downtown Gaylord, MI on all-sports Otsego Lake in the private beachfront association of Arbutus Beach. There is a limited view of the lake just 60 yards from the cabin. The beach is ideal for children with its warm, shallow, sandy bottom. If you have a small boat, you may bring it along provided you arrange that with us at the time of reservation.

Many community events and festivals are planned within the Gaylord area year round, so you will always find something fun to do anytime of year you visit. Call the Gaylord Area Convention and Tourism Bureau to request a free Travel Guide. Otsego Lake is the largest lake in Otsego County and offers excellent recreational amenities, including: Golfing Boating Swimming Water Skiing/Tubing Fishing Hunting Snowmobiling Downhill and Cross Country Skiing Hiking Wildlife Viewing.

Rental Rates for this vacation cabin rental in Gaylord, Michigan

Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

  • From $500/Week
  • Maximum 6 persons total occupancy.
    $25 per person daily surcharge for excess unauthorized guests.
    50% deposit and $100 security deposit required at the time of reservation.
    $50 non-refundable cleaning fee.
    Balance due 30 days prior to your arrival.
    Security deposit will be returned within 10 days after check-out if no damage to premises or violation of rental policy.
