    per night. and $100.00 for a four bedroom rental. There is a $200.00 non refundable deposit is required to book a reservation, this deposit will be deducted from the rental amount. The balance is due 60 days prior to arrival. Prior to check- in a 250.00 credit card hold will be required for the Damage Deposit. Reservation for less than 5 days will be charged a mandatory $75.00 cleaning fee. Holiday rates includes Easter, Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years , July 4th,
    and Labor Day, Special Holiday rates may be slightly higher on those dates $95.00- 115.00 per night.

Wonderful townhome, would highly recommend

This is our last full day at your wonderful townhome. We leave tomorrow. We had great weather and your townhome is beautiful. I would return again. I would not hesitate to tell my family and friends about this. In 2010 we are planning a family vacation with my grandchildren and I would love to return. It was great. Your home is well looked after and we spent lots of time in the wonderful pool and hottub. I also love that your townhome was corner unit as it was very private. Gaining entry to this gated community was very well done.

You have the comfort of knowing their is round the clock security. I can't say enough about your home. I am heading home to -5 degree weather. Thanks Patrice for a wonderful experiance and offering your home. I will be a return customer.

We had another great vacation at your condo. We are so comfortable there that it feels like home when we are there. It is the perfect location - close to Disney, restaurants and stores. The kids love the pool and its proximity to the condo makes it easily accessible. Thanks Again Patrice

Fabulous Home Away from Home Property

This was the best place to stay in Florida especially when doing the Disney day trips. What a beautiful place and so convenient to everything but also allowed for privacy. Great, friendly staff . Pool was beautiful and grandchildren had a ball. I will definitely come back to stay. Wonderful atmosphere all around. Would recommend this place to couples and those with children. It was refreshing to have a home to come home to after the sightseeing all day. Can't go wrong with this property. Thanks Patrice for the opportunity to enjoy your home. Linda and Henry

My stay at this condo was outstanding! It was so nice to come back from a long day at disney world and havd a clean and confortable place to relax. I will never stay anywhere else when i go back again. Thank's so mutch Mrs.simmons your home made my trip the best one i've had so far and im already planing for another and will be staying again.

A Great Place to Stay

The townhouse was wonderful. Very roomy, comfortable and clean. There are plenty of towels and linens. The club house is close by and has a great pool and outdoor bar. We will be staying here from now on. There is no reason to go to a hotel ever again.
It is located in a great area near everything.
We stayed at the Nick hotel the first few nights of our trip, and our kids liked the townhouse better. Each had there own room.
To sum it up, we loved the house and we loved Emerald Island.
