Our carefully restored white corner-house is located in the district Sao Vicente, one of the oldest parts of Lisbon. Above the house begins the quarter Graca offering a variety of shopping possibilities. In the western direction follows directly Alfama, a picturesque district full of cornered lanes with an imposing castle construction. The most important attractions in Lisbon are easily accessible from the apartments. In our house and the annex we offer 4 apartments for rental. Apartment 1 in the 2nd floor, apartment 2 in the 3rd floor, apartment 3 in the 1st floor of the annex and apartment 4 in the high ground-floor. From apartment 1 and apartment 2 you have a beautiful view on the castle hill and a cross view on the river. From the kitchen window of the apartment 3 you have a view on the monastery Sao Vicente. The apartments 1 and 3 are additionally equipped with French balconies. All apartments are lovely and carefully furnished. All living-rooms have polished wood floors.

A variety of attractions can be visited in direct neighborhood of our house. A bakery and small shops are located opposite to our house. Above the apartments invites a small cafe with a panoramic view for a stay. A few steps downwards the street is the Renaissance monastery Sao Vicente located. In direct vicinity begins the traditional flea market Feira da Ladra with the historical market hall. At the under part of the market stands the biggest sacral building in Lisbon, the Baroque circular church Santa Engracia. The most beautiful city tour offers the old tram 28. A stop is on the opposite side of the church Sao Vicente, only 50 m underneath our apartments.

  • The rent is valid for a reservation with two adults. Each further adult pays 20 EUR per night (max. 4 persons). Children until 10 years paying 10 EUR per night. During the winter season are price reductions according to agreement possible. With booking we kindly ask for a deposit of 100 EUR. This sum counts as a rental retreat fee until 30 days before the rent starts. 30 days before renting-start the retreat fee is the complete rental rate, if we cannot find a substitute. Apartment cleaning for two persons 35 EUR, three persons 45 EUR, four persons 55 EUR. Towels and bed-linen are provided. Electricity, gas and water are inclusive.
