This is a recently built home on beautiful Lake Sebago Cove in Naples, Maine. It sleeps 10 with 2 overnight guests. Large 85 plus foot long deck (1,000 sq feet) is great for outdoor cooking and watching the sunset. Sebago Cove is quiet and protected from rough water. Furnishings are contemporary. Computer available with wifi DSL or We have Internet connection with Netzero. Bring your own Laptop and connect onto our network. The way the Deck and house is set up it is very wheelchair accessible only one full step to deck level. Will allow one dog provided if it is crated when owners are not there. No smoking is permitted in the house, smoking allowed on deck outside. Renters have a private boat dock and use of a mooring off our water front rental.

    To reserve this Cottage we require a 50% deposit at time of booking and the balance plus any deposits 30 days prior to arrival.

    Cancellation Policy:
    If you must cancel, payments will be refunded when we find someone else to take your place.

    $200 Damage deposit to be refunded within 10 days at end of rental period less deduction for any damage.

    $100 Pet deposit to be refunded within 10 days at end of rental less deduction for any pet damage.

Amenities: Private Dock for renters (Also another dock used by parents of owner), Association Beach and Boat Launch; Air conditioning for great room & kitchen; Computer with the ability to connect online if you have AOL or connect direct with Net zero. 4 televisions with cable TV access; Living room: large couch/love seat/futon; Kitchen: microwave, dishwasher, gas stove, refrigerator, with ice maker and water dispenser and artesian well water; 1st Bedroom has a queen-sized bed, TV with cable stations & VCR; 2nd Bedroom has a queen-sized bed; TV with cable access; 3rd Bedroom has 2-bunk beds (X-Long);TV with cable access; 4th Bedroom has 1-bunk bed with bunk on top and double futon on bottom Pillows/blankets/bed linens are provided but Not Towels. 2 Bathrooms 1st with whirlpool tub 2nd with shower Washer/dryer is located in the basement. Gas Grill on Porch. Daylight basement with Darts and air hockey. Fire pit in the yard for evening fires.

Activities: Naples Causway is approximately 1 mile from cottage there you can take a float plane trip, play miniature Golf, take a ride on a large paddle boat, rent a boat or ski jet or just tour the shops... Golf course is approximately 1 mile from cottage. The Winter season at Lake Sebago in Naples offers day and night skiing within 25 minutes from our cottage. Snowmobile from the cottage to almost anywhere in Maine, Great trail system. Sebago Lake is known as home of the Land Locked Salmon and currently is one of the best Lake Trout Lakes in New England.

Area: Travel 45 minutes South to portland, L.L.Bean and Seacoast. Travel 45 Minutes North to Fryberg, North Conway + White Mountains. Travel 45 Minutes East to Lewiston/Auburn. Travel 45 minutes West To Ossipee New Hampshire

Great Vacation Rental w/ many perks

Our family vacationed @ this property from July 11 - July 18, 2009 with another family. In all there were 7 of us + one very happy Beagle named Shilo.

The homeowners were very friendly and accomodating. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything that you would need + more. It was also nice, not to have to pack linens for the beds .. they were also provided for us. The home also had a computer with wireless internet access, which was a plus .. we did not have to come home to 1000 emails .. we could check them daily.

The deck was a great place to enjoy coffee in the AM and drinks in the evening. Our dog Shilo, loved the deck, however we had to block the stairs so he did not wander off. We enjoyed campfires, cooked dinner on the gas grill and docked 2 boats @ the dock provided to us by the homeowner. There was ample parking for both our vehicles and boat trailers. The property has a gentle slope to the docks, which made loading up the boats very easy.

We shopped in Freeport, we beached our boats @ the sandbar @ the State Park, just around the bend from the property. We met the owners father Jake, who gave our boys alot of information about fishing and where to visit on the Lake. We had lunch @ Frye Island, which was a nice treat .. and the boys swam into the cave @ Frye's Leap. We had dinner @ the Lobster Pound, which has a very nice wait staff.

The weather during out stay was good .. temps in mid to upper 70's with the water temp between 68 and 71 degrees. The boys enjoyed fishing, tubing and skiing while on the Lake.

We had a great week and we would highly reccomend renting this property if you are considering Sebago Lake.
