The Villa is a lovely, modest but comfortable one with airy rooms, high ceilings, Air/Con in all 4 Bedrooms, and friendly and efficient staff to welcome you. The rooms overlook the pool with the beautiful Caribbean Sea in the background. The almost half-acre grounds are planted with Mango, Breadfruit, Lime, Oranges, Avocado Pear and constitute a beautiful and relaxing vacation setting. The 4 bedrooms sleep 8 and a full time laundry service and continental breakfast is included in the price. The Villa is located in Ironshore Estates overlooking the Caribbean sea and Ironshore Golf Course. It is approximately 10minutes from the Blue Diamond Shopping Centre and Ironshore Golf Course, 15 minutes from the Airport and the world famous Doctors Cave Beach. Half Moon, 3 Palms, and White Witch golf courses are close by. Many beautiful warm water beaches are within 15 to 20 minutes' drive, with a full range of watersports.

Additional information about rental rates

  • $1200-1700/Week
  • 50% deposit required to reserve villa, payable in U.S. currency by Certified Check, Money Gram, Money Order or Western Union. Balance due two weeks before arrival date. Rates include all taxes but do not include staff gratuities (usually 10%) paid directly to Housekeeper. Monthly and longer term rates given upon request.
    Enquire for rates less than a week and discount in excess of two weeks.


    April 16th to December 15th $1400 per week for 6 to 8 persons
    December 16th to April 15th $1700 per week for 6 to 8 persons
    April 16th to December 15th $1200 per week for 3 to 5 persons
    December 16th to April 15th $1500 per week for 3 to 5 persons
  • The Villa is available for weekly, monthly or longer term rentals. One or two bedroom accommodation can often be arranged.

The Cook also serves as maid for up to 4 people, for 5 or more, another full time maid is provided. If you prefer to do your 'own thing' in the kitchen - fine! Continental Breakfast is included in the rates and additional meals can be easily arranged if desired. Collection from Airport can be arranged if required. The Villa is fully secured and a full time gardener/houseman lives on the property. Full time laundry service. Cable TV, telephone. Air Conditioning and ceiling fans in each bedroom.
