BEDROOMS:
This immaculate and tastefully furnished luxury villa has 2 bedrooms and 2 full private bathrooms. From the master bedroom you have a beautiful view of the pool and golf course with a private entrance to the balcony. Each bedroom has a king size bed that can be easily converted into 2 twin beds if needed. In addition to central air conditioning both bedrooms have their own ceiling fan to keep you comfortable day and night. Each bedroom is equipped with its own TV. There is also a queen size sofa sleeper in the living room. The villa will sleep up to 6 comfortably.
LIVING AREA:
The comfortable and elegant living area is complete with a ceiling fan, stereo system, flat screen TV/DVD with free cable TV, wireless internet and local phone service. From the living area you can walk out to your balcony to enjoy the panoramic view of the pool, golf course and the beautifully manicured grounds. On the private balcony you will find 4 wrought iron rocker chairs and 2 cocktail tables for your relaxation and pleasure day or night. The balcony is also accessed by the master bedroom. Just steps outside your door enjoy the private pool with plenty of patio chairs and pool side grills.
DINING AND KITCHEN AREA:
The elegant dining area includes a beautiful dining room table for four with two additional bar stools for extra seating.
The kitchen is completely equipped with table setting for 8, pots and pans, micro wave, coffee maker, toaster, blender, refrigerator, full stove, oven, dishwasher, and so much more. Also included is a washer and dryer for your convenience. The villa is an end unit providing windows in the kitchen and dining area, adding natural light and sunshine to your stay.

The villa is also conveniently located to Myrtle Beach activities including Broadway at the Beach, Tanger Outlet, Myrtle Waves Water Park, Imax theater, miniature golf, and both fine and family dining.
CLOSE TO THE BEACH:
The beach is a short 1.4 miles from our Myrtlewood villa with plenty of free public access parking. This part of the beach is beautiful and away from the larger crowds located farther down the beach, where the high rise motels are located. This recently furnished Magnolia villa is the perfect choice if you’re looking for a Myrtle Beach vacation that is both a quiet retreat yet minutes to the beach, a variety of shopping, dining and entertainment venues.
