Loved the location . . .
My family (2 adults, 2 teenagers, 2 younger children) stayed here. The house is in a great location, very close to downtown St. Joe and the lake, as we wanted to be able to walk to the beach and into town and did not have to cross any busy streets (Main St.) to get to either. We liked the setup of the house, as the 1st and 2nd floors each had a bathroom with a shower or bath, and the 2nd floor even had its own small kitchen with sink and refrigerator. The 2 teenagers stayed upstairs and it was like their own private apartment! The downstairs was spacious enough to have all 6 of us to eat together in the dining room. It was nice to have 2 spaces to park off street as we brought 2 vehicles. There is no back yard, but we didn't have a problem with that as we spent our time outside at the beautiful Silver Beach, downtown St. Joe, or doing other activities like horseback riding, mini golfing and go karting. I recommend this property for rent and would stay again.
