Downstairs there are two bedrooms, one with a queen bed, the other bedroom has a bunk bed (lower double with a single over). These two bedrooms share a bathroom. The large open common area of the cabin consists of a living room with a beautiful natural river rock fireplace that extends to the ceiling 20' high, a dining area with a large pine table with benches that seats 8, and the kitchen with pine cabinets, granite counters, high end appliances, fully outfitted and walk in pantry. Also downstairs is a washer/dryer.
Both the front and rear decks extend the length of the cabin and afford beautiful views of the forest. There is plenty of seating and also a Weber barbeque.

Ockenden Resort has a tennis court and basketball hoop, there are numerous hiking paths through the forest or simply take a walk within the development and look at the many fine cabins, the town is very quaint and just a short two mile drive, there are restaurants, taverns, grocery store, churches, boat rentals, marina services, tackle shops etc, further up the road is the Sierra Summit Ski Resort with multiple chair lifts and is one of the most beautiful and uncrowded resorts.
