You will immediately feel at home at Amelia South Condominium, located on the most beautiful stretch of beach on Amelia Island. The owner has directed us to lower the Fall 2009 rates by 20% off the rate table from September 7 - December 19, 2009. This unit is located on the sixth floor and features an oceanfront balcony overlooking Amelia Island's most beautiful and unspoiled stretch of beach. Completely outfitted for a carefree vacation, you will find a fully-equipped kitchen and an in-unit washer and dryer. Amelia South features a gathering room on the first level where guests can mingle, watch TV, play cards, have a small party or entertain guests. Our rental management office, which is open 6 days per week, is located next to the gathering room. The property features an oceanfront swimming pool, walkway to the beach, outside shower to rinse off sand and assigned parking.

Clinch State Park is two blocks from Main Beach Park where you can visit the fishing pier, hike or bike on the trails and explore the fort. Historic Fernandina Beach features outstanding sightseeing, shopping and restaurants. Dining choices on Amelia Island include everything from family style dining in local eateries to The Grill Room at the Ritz-Carlton Amelia Island, one of only two AAA 5-Diamond restaurants in Florida. The Surf Restaurant, which features outdoor dining and live music on an elevated oceanview deck, is just across the street. Amelia South Condominium is located just 25 minutes from the Jacksonville Airport and 10 minutes from Historic Fernandina Beach.
