This spacious two level, three bedroom home offers privacy from the top to the bottom floor. There is a fireplace upstairs in the living room that looks out into the trees and a fireplace in one of the bedrooms downstairs. There is a deck on each level. Each bedroom is spacious with a queen bed. There is a breakfast table located in the kitchen and a dining table both which look out onto the back yard filled with oaks, agapanthus and pines, thus the name Tree House By The Sea. This home is located south of Ocean Ave. and just two blocks from the heart of Carmel making walking to the shops and restaurants a breeze. It is also walking distance to the beach. Carmel is world famous for its majestic beauty found in the trees, seaside and numerous golf courses. The town is quaint but full of sophisticated restaurants, shops and galleries. There are activities such as the ATT Golf Tournament held in February, the Bach Festival held in July and the Pebble Beach Classic Car show held in August. Small theatres, some of which are outdoors, biking, hiking, tennis, golf etc. offer an incredible variety of activities. So, if you enjoy good food, wine, shopping, nature, walking, wonderful/unique homes, art, tennis, golf, fresh air, an incredible shoreline, Carmel by the Sea is the place to be.

Treehouse by the Sea is a great place to spend extended time. We enjoyed the comfort and decor of the home and its closeness to most all of the Carmel attractions---especially to the shuttles going to and from the AT&T Pro Am Golf Tournament, a 5 minute walk. The home is clean, well maintained and equipped and comfortable. We had a great month!!

We had a wonderful stay at the Treehouse this past summer. The location can't be beat: The house an easy walk to town, and it is located in such a charming area. It is spacious and comfortable, with all of the amenities, and the view
from the upstairs is as lovely as the photos suggest. Thank you Jill for a lovely vacation. We look forward to returning.

This is a wonderfully comfortable and convenient cottage situated only a few blocks from down town but in a very peaceful area. The beach is a short walk down the hill. Jill was immensely helpful and easy to work with in all communications. If we ever holiday in Carmel again I wouldn't stay any place else.
