Our location has one of the nicest beaches. A convenience store, two buildings down, for odds and ends. Wonderful places to go for meals available at all prices. There are lovely shops, miniature golf, Bird Sanctuary near by. Fishing and boating down the road (both renting or taking a cruise). BEST of all - THE BEACHE & WARM GULF WATERS, THE POOL, THE BALCONY to JUST RELAX & ENJOY while watching for the Dolphins to swim by!!!!

Rental Rates for this vacation condo rental in Indian Shores, Florida

Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

• From $676 THRU $1,200.00 PER WEEK
• Rate quoted in U.S. Funds.
  Rates subject to change without notice.
  Rates do not include $110 cleaning fee, 8% FL St. Sales Tax and 4% Resort Tax.
  Rate includes 4 person occupancy ($65 per week charge for each additional person age 3 and older)
  Minimum Requirements: seven (7) night minimum is required during Highest and High Season.
  four (4) night minimum stay required during other seasons.
  Additional price added for per day charge.
  Inquire by email.
  Reservation Deposit: Deposit amounting to 30% of total sum is required at time of reservation to guarantee your stay. The balance will be due no later than thirty days prior to occupation of unit. (Travel Insurance is available for a low cost).
  Cancellations: Reservations canceled more than 45 days before arrival date will be charged a $50 handling fee. Reservations canceled less than 45 days prior to the date of occupancy will forfeit all money. We encourage Travel Ins. If Discounted Only Cashier Checks Accepted. (Visa Add 3%)
• We had to cancel a vacation at the last minute and we got all our money back. I do NOT travel without it.
  Security Deposit: A copy of your credit card is required for all stays for any extended damages. We have never had extended damages. Everyone who has rented, has treated our condo as they would want others to treat their home.
  Check-in time is 4 pm/Check-out 10 am Parking: only one parking space is provided, but there is public parking across the street for a small fee.
  Rates are subject to change without notice.
  Departure Fee:
  A $100 Departure Fee includes Cleaning and Local Telephone
  Sales Tax.
  12% Sales Tax applies to all rentals.
  Unavailability: If, for reasons beyond our control, the unit reserved for you becomes unavailable, we reserve the right to move you to another unit.
  Discounts and Surcharges:
  Discount offered for four weeks or more (EXCLUDING March and April)
  10% surcharge will be added to rates for holiday.
