There are not enough superlatives to describe this villa, the neighborhood in which it sits, and the entire area/region. Our family of four was officially 'relaxed' ten minutes after arriving. The peace, quiet, and stunning beauty of our surroundings are hard to explain in words.

Every possible amenity you would want in a beach front home is there. From whales breaching to spectacular sunrises, if you are looking to kick back and enjoy a fantastic week, look no further. There is no nicer neighborhood on the Baja peninsula than Palmilla.

We have traveled all over the world, have lived abroad, and been fortunate to vacation in Hawaii, the VIs, and on many many beaches in Europe and the US. From a relaxation perspective nothing can beat this.

Recommended for: Age 55+, Girls Getaway, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Romantic Getaway

We knew we were in the right place the moment we walked through the door. The villa provided a fantastic combination of very inviting accomodation and a long, beautiful and wild beach. Walk west for 3 km and see more whales than people. Walk east 300 m and have dinner at the One and Only Palmilla. Just a beautiful setting with loads of variety and bound to please all visitors. The owner couldn't be more helpful and was a delight to work with.

We were very happy with our stay at this beautiful Palmilla Resort property. The owner's description of the property was accurate and our expectations were exceeded. The rooms were spacious and comfortable...a well designed layout. Our family very much enjoyed having the pool, spa and beach within footsteps of the villa. Good shopping and restaurants within minutes of the Palmilla.

The owner and property manager were very accessible and accomodating. We would definitely recommend this property!

Perfect Vacation

My husband and I stayed for a month and some days never even left the villa. The large pool, the beach just down the steps and everything we needed to just lounge, whether in the sun or under shade. The grounds are meticulously maintained and the flowers gorgeous. The kitchen is well-stocked, the bar and seating areas large enough for the occasional party and the beds are very comfortable. It is obvious that the owners take great care to make the villa inviting for their guests (and they and the property manager were so helpful with our few questions). And Cabo was a great time, the day trips up either side of the coast, the whale watching, the paddleboarding, the golf, and the restaurants kept us busy the entire time. I recommend this property to anyone.

What an amazing vacation we had. The VRBO description, pictures, and information are right on accurate. The minute our family entered the home, we knew it was going to be a great week. The owner was more than gracious with her information about the property and restaurants in the area. We went to 3 of her picks and we couldn't have planned it better ourselves. Lucia the house manager was so kind and welcoming. The house was gorgeous, clean, well stocked with towels and any creature comfort one could desire. We love staying at the Palmilla, and this home was the perfect way to enjoy the resort and have quiet family time as well. We truly felt like we experienced the best of all worlds. Our daughters are surfers and some of the best surf spots are literally 5 minutes from the property. Our 9 year old summed it up the best..."this place really feels like home!"
