If you love to sit and watch beautiful boats sail by, want to be able to walk to the beach and fine restaurants then this is the place. Located in central Boca Raton just blocks from Mizner Park, minutes to Town Center Mall and the finest restaurants. Apartment features 1 bed, 1 bath and is all tiled, kitchen has granite counters and the beautiful living area faces the water where you can watch the constant boat parade. There is one balcony facing the water and another off the master bedroom both of which have tables and chairs for dining or relaxing. Property is beautifully furnished with a leather sofa bed in the living area, dining area with seating for 4, bar stools along counter, king-size Sterns & Foster pillow top bed in the master, 2 TVs with VCR and cable, and all linens, towels, dishes, fully equipped kitchen, and much more. Museums, parks, movie theaters, restaurants and shopping at Mizner are all within walking distance. Town Center Mall is a 5 min drive and the beach is 3 blocks from the apartment. This property is within driving distance to some of Florida's top destinations. Disney World is about 3 hours away, the Gulf Coast which includes Naples, Sanibel Island and Fort Myers is about 3 hours away, and the Florida Keys are about 4 hours away.
