Newly installed central air conditioning units allows you to set the desired temperature in each area of the penthouse to your own personal comfort level. This amenity is only available in the penthouse unit.

This tastefully furnished, top floor/corner unit penthouse with 3 floor to ceiling glass walls gives the feeling of being suspended over the ocean! Completely redecorated with a new comfortable California king bed in the master suite, and two stylish twins in the second bedroom. Both have their own private newly updated and remodeled bathrooms.

Completely redsigned and updated kitchen boast granite counter tops. Recently installed Viking appliances make cooking

a pleasure while enjoying ocean views.

We designed the penthouse with warm tropical colors, granite, original artwork, rare koa wood and one of a kind hand carved furniture. As this is our second home, you will find more than the normal amenities to make your vacation extremely comfortable.

We came to celebrate our 25th anniversary and had our best ever time on Maui. The non-stop whale

watching from the lanai kept us riveted! My only complaint is that I only had time to read one book-couldn't take my eyes off the bay long enought to read.

We felt comfortable and private and the non-stop breezes meant the lanai was a perfect cool place to relax after revisiting all our favorite places.

love love love this unit!

Have been renting units in Maui for the past 15 years and this is the only unit I will stay in. Just returned for the 3rd year and looking forward to coming again next year. The owners are very easy to work with and the personal attention they provide make your stay perfect! This unit is "over-the- top" in comfort and décor. You will want for nothing. The best part--the lanai. Hard to leave as the lanai swivel rockers are so comfortable and the view amazing. Please, don't ever change them. Just sitting and enjoying all the boats cruise in and out of the harbor. So interesting, fun and always something different to watch, like I said, "The best part". The little private beach in front was perfect, didn't have to drive, just walk out the door.

Loved sleeping to the soft sounds of the palm trees and waves. Very relaxing and quiet. Looking forward to my next stay.

This condo was a wonderful choice for our family! Susan was very easy to work with and we loved and appreciated the friendliness and great Maui tips from Digger, the resident manager and Tony. The view was absolutely beautiful and like many of the other reviewers we spent our mornings and many evenings on the lanai. Highlight was seeing 4 male whales chasing a female right from the lanai. What a treat! Turtles almost every morning also. Long beautiful beach just a short walk away for swimming and morning walks. Great central location, nice decor and the kitchen is stocked with everything you need (except food of course!). Master bedroom extremely comfortable and loved sleeping with the windows open listening to the ocean and plam trees. We also appreciated the beach chairs, umbrella, coolers and boogie boards. Thank you so much for sharing your beautiful home!

Lovely Condo, but..................

I am writing this review to fairly enlighten tourists, and because if I had read the following realistic comments before booking, I would not have booked this location. While the condo itself is as all the previous posts state, beautiful, lovely lanai, well stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, lots of room. The pictures capture the condo exactly as it is. However, after spending one night we realized how much noise there was from the tour boats in the harbor, not only getting their boats ready for the day at approx 6:00 a.m., using speakers to announce their departure, passengers boarding steps away from the lanai, but dinner cruises coming back into the harbour at night, again very noisy. Garbage trucks, again very early in the morning, and the coast guard station. Not to mention the cars driving into and out of the parking lot next door to this building, driving over a manhole that you hear constantly.

And, beware of extra charges by the owners. I was charged extra for:

Dirty stove interior-extra cleaning time, (so essentially do not use the oven), even though there was parchment paper in the bottom so I don't think the extra cleaning time was fair.

2. Extra laundry- check out

instructions to leave minimal laundry for cleaners. Multiple sheets set which needed soaking from

staining. (I'm not sure why this comment was posted by the owners, we were there for 2 weeks and did wash the sheets while we were there, who wants to sleep in sheets more than a week at a time?). I did strip the sheets that were on the beds for the last week of our stay as was instructed.

3. Screen replacement (that was an "Act of God"). it was very windy a number of days while we were there and I don't think it was our fault the wind blew out the kitchen screen. We did advise the owner that that happened, and would not have minded paying for the screen if we had not incurred all of the other "extra charges" that I feel are unfair.

4. Removal of rocks on lanai - I do admit to leaving the rocks on the lanai - I did yoga on the lanai daily and had to secure my yoga mat with the rocks because of the wind.

5. Extra cleaning of entry and lanai of sand - I am a "neat freak" and would not have left any extra cleaning. I did sweep the floor a number of times.

6. Wire transfer bank fees - the owners proudly state"Free to book with no hidden costs". Not so.

I am not trying to be malicious with these comments, I just want to warn travellers.

Owner's Response: This is definitely a maliciously post for retaining part of the security deposit, clearly evident by the length and two stars. I was shocked as we spoke right before her departure. During that conversation she had high praise for the unit, saying it exceeded her expectations, and even referred a friend who booked the unit. Listed are some, but not all of the extensive damage done. My cleaners spent extra hours washing stained sheets and cleaning (especially the beautiful Viking stove) which I was billed for. She even admits sweeping up constantly after herself and I can guarantee you that God did not slash the window screen. Prior to arrival, this reservation was in the process of being canceled due to nonpayment, which resulted in the last minute wire transfer fees. Normal payments are made with either credit card or check. This is only the 2nd partial deposit retained in 15 years of renting. I am blessed with wonderful guests. Should there be anything needed during your stay, my on site manager is at your disposal. My goal is to have everything perfect and clean accommodations for your stay. This is a spectacular unit with amenities equal to high end luxury homes. That’s why so many of my guests return or roll their deposit over for their next stay.

I agree with previous posts. Pictures cannot capture the beauty of this condo! We were taken from the moment we walked in. We also loved the lanai. The port activity was interesting and enjoyable. Loved the Snorkeling boat each morning getting their guests ready for the trip with Reveille and Charge....Great way to start the day with our coffee on the lanai! Whale sightings, turtles, lots of fish. Thank you so much for sharing your beautiful home with us. We enjoyed local eateries, aquarium, beach, local craft fair....highly recommend this unit. Definitely on our list for a return visit!

Owner's Response: My biggest response, "Cant get off the lanai"! The comfortable swivel rockers make it hard to leave. Its always fun, interesting and entertaining. Pleased that your stay was perfect!

Beautiful unit with great whale watching, not for night owls

Everything about the condo was great- accommodations, kitchen and cutlery, view of whales at sea, boats, fish and turtles in the harbor. Excellent coffee and smoothies close by to start the day and restaurants for lunch and dinner.

Our only complaint is not fixable by owners- property rules state quiet time from 9-9, but this does not apply to tour boats in the harbor, garbage trucks, or the coast guard station. If you want to get up early to maximize your Hawaiian experience it is no problem, but do not choose this unit if you want to sleep in.

From the moment we stepped into your beautiful condo, we were embraced by the lovely setting, decor, amenities, and terrific view. We especially enjoyed time on the lanai, spotting whales/sea turtles and watching the variety of harbor actives. It was great to be so centrally located on the island and within short walking distance of a quiet beach strand. Appreciated the days we didn't have to jump in the car to enjoy all that was close by. We definitely look forward to a return visit.
