Our house is 'Platinum' rated and has everything you could want in a vacation home. Linens and cleaning included. Sleeps 12 comfortably. Guest passes not included - cost is $35/person/week in summer. ROOMS: The King Suite: King bed, Luxury Bath with Jacuzzi tub and his/her sinks, Gas Fireplace, TV/DVD. Access to large Screened Porch w/beautiful view overlooking water. The Queen Suite: Queen bed, luxury furnishings, full bath, TV/DVD. The 'Kid's Dorm Room': 4 single beds, 2 sleep sofas, 52' Sony big-screen TV/DVD with built-in home theater surround sound, board games, full bath. To our delight, everything that was listed about the house was accurate. Nothing was missing in terms of linens, kitchen supplies or functionality of the home. In addition the availability of resort amenities, gold and an indoor pool on a rainy day kept all nine of us happy. We are renting the same house again by common consent.

What a house!

This house was fabulous, even better than the pictures. The kitchen is spacious and opens to the great room and dining area providing a wonderful area for entertaining. The bedrooms were big with plenty of room, great for a girls weekend or a family vacation. Also, the neighborhood is beautiful and well kept. The owner was very professional and made the renting process the easiest I have ever experienced. I hope to come back with my family when the weather is warmer!!

We just returned from a one week stay at this beautiful home. A group of us vacation together every year and this is the first rental that felt like being at home and not at a rental. What a well equipt house! The neighborhood is perfect for a morning walk, an after dinner stroll with the kids or coffee and a good book on the front porch.
