This is a very large 3 level 4 bedroom/3-bathroom oceanfront townhouse in Cocoa Beach! This 2600 square foot townhouse has a private balcony, 2 oceanfront bedrooms, a large modern kitchen complete with Jenn-air grill, an oceanfront living room and study. Upstairs there is a library and den. the kitchen has a convection and regular oven, microwave and dishwasher. There is a kitchen table, dining room table and bar with bar stools. Enjoy your private beach, pool, ,tennis courts, shuffleboard and barbecue grill with picnic tables. Your are 15 minutes walking to the Cocoa Beach pier. Each bedroom has a queen bed. The kitchen has everything you need to enjoy cooking at home. There are towels and sheets in the bathrooms and bedrooms. You have your own balcony to sit outside and watch the ocean. You have a large washer and dryer upstairs as well as a small refrigerator. Free cable and wi-fi!

The Diplomat Condominiums are located in Central Cocoa Beach - 2 miles south of the Cocoa Beach Pier. Orlando is 30 minutes away where all the area attractions are located along with many malls and restaurants. The cruise port is 5 minutes away. Famous Ron Jon's Surf shop and the cocoa beach pier are 5 minutes away. There is a public grocery store across the street. The Merritt Island Mall is 10 minutes away. You can fish on the beach. Many water sports are available at the Pier as well as restaurants and shopping. During the summer the ocean temperature is over 85 degrees.

There is a full size washer and dryer on the 3rd level. 2 bedrooms are oceanfront - on the top level , and another bedroom with 2 twin beds and 1 bedroom is on the 2nd level. The oceanfront balcony is on the 2nd level (the main level) where the oceanfront living room, breakfast room, kitchen, bathroom and 1 bedroom are. On the 3rd level is a large den with library, small bar fridge, small 2nd kitchen area, 2 oceanfront bedrooms, 2 bathrooms - 1 with an old fashioned tub and washer and dryer. In the Diplomat complex is a private, gated beach, pool, tennis courts, shuffleboard, barebecue grills (charcoal) and picnic tables up at the front of the complex. Also - new! - a golf putting range!

Diplomat Townhouse Amenities: Private beach, heated pool, tennis courts and shuffleboard. Free digital cable and wi-fi in the unit. There is a large washer and dryer in the unit. Private, 1 car garage and plenty of parking spaces. There are 2 bicycles in the garage along with boogie boards and beach chairs. This is truly a million dollar view! 3 levels of oceanfront view. 2 bedrooms are oceanfront along with the living room and breakfast room.There are picnic tables and a charcoal barbecue grill also.

Local Activities: Nearby activities: Kennedy Space Center, Cocoa Beach Pier, Pt Canaveral, Disney World and Sea World are about 40 minutes away.

Golf: There is a new Golf putting range at the Diplomat.

We were quite disappointed in this condo. It was not clean when we arrived (visible dirt/crumbs on the kitchen floor). Windows inside and out were grimy. The upstairs toilet didn't work well at all.
Although it's advertised as 4 bedrooms - the 4th bedroom is an inside bedroom without any windows. The deck is small, narrow and shared with the other side of the condo.
The location of the condo was excellent - but for the price we paid - it should have been immaculately cleaned and in good repair.
Owner's Response: The owner spoke with the tenants and asked if they had any problems. They said no. They loved the condo. The windows were cleaned before they arrived. We have sea salt on the ocean. It cannot be absent. You are on the ocean. The plumber was there when they arrived to fix the toilet and it was repaired. They were made aware of this and they said it was fine. They left the place a disaster. They paid a bargain, bottom price for this 2600 sq ft, direct oceanfront townhouse with garage directly on the ocean. The condo was cleaned before they arrived. Some people just like to complain.

Broken stove,mismatched poor quality kitchen eqipment,VERY uncomfortable beds,we pulled mats off and slept on floor.only 2 beach chairs and towels,1 chair broken!Shower heads so low had to sit and I'm only 5 foot.Condo sleeps 10 but manager of complex yelled at us,said realtor had too many there, only provided 2 keys to beach, not easy for the 8 of us! TV's so old not compatible with video games.1 bedroom actually big closet so NO AC or window!!! Too many stairs for elderly.lose deposit if don't clean all linens last day!
