This deluxe, spacious 4 bedroom, 3 bath fully furnished condo sleeps 8 comfortably w/ 1 king, 2 queens and 2 twin beds. Flat screen TV's w/DVD's in all bedrooms and living room. Wi-Fi included for your convenience. Large balcony features include seating and breakfast table overlooking the lazy river, 2 hot tubs & kiddie fun pool, and has ocean views.

New grill and picnic area across from pool. Elevator makes it convenient for luggage. Being on the corner of the fourth floor affords privacy and great views. You will enjoy the convenience of being close to amusement park, golf, shopping and restaurants.

About The Owner

My husband and I are from North Carolina, but were both raised in South Carolina and vacationing at Myrtle Beach since childhood. We have always wanted a place at the beach, and being empty nesters, were finally able to buy a place. We loved watching it take shape as we furnished each room. The rooms are spacious, the location is fantastic, and the maintenance crew is great. We love our 2nd home at Myrtle Beach Villas II.

Nice unit for one large or two small families

Very nice unit, well furnished with nice furniture, bedding and amenities. Have stayed in different units in this building, this one is maintained well. Great location near beach, boardwalk, convention center, etc. Quick drive down to Murrell's Inlet for some great nightlife and seafood. We shared the unit with another family - 4 adults, 3 kids total - and never felt cramped due to the shared living space size and number of bedrms/baths.

Unit sits on the Ocean Blvd. side of the building, so if you want total quiet, this is not the spot. But, the overall location and convenience far outweighed that for us.

I had only used VRBO one other time at a Florida property that I could actually drive to and look at before booking so I was a little hesitant when booking this property. I couldn't have been happier with the result. Donna was wonderful to work with, taking the time to answer all of my questions before booking and making me feel comfortable with the process. We drove 10 hours to get to Myrtle Beach and upon arrival, my children were dashing through the condo picking their room and going out onto the balcony to see the pool. We stayed here with another couple and had so much room to ourselves. This place is very spacious and open. We cooked numerous meals in the kitchen as well as ate out at a few places. My only regret is that the "season" really doesn't open here until April, so there were many places that were still closed but honestly, I'm not sure what more we could have done with our week! The boardwalk is just lovely and there was a muscle car show on Ocean Blvd during our stay. We all sat on the balcony and watched all the awesome old cars drive by. The pictures in the listing are on target with the property. Every room is exactly how it looks here. It was a fabulous experience and I would absolutely recommend this property to anyone looking to stay in Myrtle Beach!

A group of 8 of us stayed for a week at the beginning of August 2010. It was an amazing experience. We wanted a condo that we could enjoy comfortably in or outside of the room. This was it! Donna had everything you could possibly imagine, appliances, utensils, eatery, it was amazing! No one needed to "choose" their bedroom because they were all beautifully decorated it didn't matter which room you got, you were getting a good one! The condo was huge and very spacious, it was a hike to get to the next bedroom! Right across the street from the ocean, in a non-populated spot on the beach. Blocks from Family Kingdom. This was the perfect family or social get away. Thank you Donna for an amazing experience! Look forward to dealing with you next year! From Roanoke, VA....

Wonderful Wonderful and did I say Wonderful

My family and I stayed in this Condo/Villa in Mid August 2010, this was one of the most beautiful condos I have ever stayed in..

The owner was sooo gracious and easy to work with.. Everything looked just like the pictures so there were no surprises. its perfect for 8 people with room to spare.. You dont even have to see the people your are with unless you want to..The owners have attended to every detail for ensure comfort, class and a relaxing atmosphere. Its simplistic but classy decor is just perfect for vacationing.

All four bedrooms were decorated amazingly and they were large and comfortable.. the bedding was very nice and I didnt want to get out bed.

The condo has an amazing kitchen and its fully stocked.. You dont need to bring anything, not even a blender..

The view from the balcony is great and you can see the ocean from the front and back of the condo. My father fell alseep a many of days watching the ocean from the balcony view. The pools, 2 hot tubs and kiddie pool were perfect. The walk to the beach is 2 minutes.. just cross the small street.. or you can walk 2 blocks and go to amusement park.

Our family had stayed at the same place for 30 years, now we have found our next 30 year spot. This place is a must stay and we will return next year and cant imagine staying anywhere else.
