Lovely Villa
A fantastic villa with everything you could possibly need, Lovely sized pool, and in quiet area near all bars and restaurant. It was clean, tidy and very spacious.
We stayed in the Villa for two weeks with another couple and my two year old daughter, Had a lovely time only thing that let it down was the management.
Unfortunately on the day of arrival there were no keys left out for us and no way of getting into the Villa after calling Lorraine and leaving messages with her and the staff who were supposed to be on hand to sort out any problems we finally got hold of someone to let us in an hour and a half later which didn't get us off to a very good start as i did not appreciate being left outside at seven thirty at night with a hungry tired two year old. When we were let in we were told one thing by the man who let us in and another from Lorraine apparently there was confusion with the dates we booked and they weren't expecting us. We were told by the neighbor this has happened several times this year to other people who have rented out the villa but they have all been let in eventually!!!
Half way through the week a lady came to change the bedding and talk to us about check out, and she was very off with us.
All in all the villa is beautiful but we found the staff and management very rude and unhelpful.
I should mention we found out that Irene and Doug who are listed as contacts for the villa were on holiday whilst we were there as we saw them on the last day of our holiday. So i cant put any blame on them just the people who were left in charge.
My advice is if you go to this Villa make sure you remember all your contact numbers that you are given from Lorraine as you will need them!!.

I am glad that you enjoyed the holiday and the villa.
I do believe that the mix up on the dates stemed from your intial booking enquiry, there were a couple of dates you enquired about, and moved a couple of days from that intital contact.
I have been looking after this villa now for 11 years and Doug has been the property manager for the 11 years.
Sometimes these things can happen and it is endeavoured that things are rectified as soon as possible.
You had Dougs number and when he is away on his yearly holiday, his daughter looks after them for him.
My own house is just two doors up from this and i can assure you it has not happened several times this year.
It would not be possible to be still renting after 11 years if it did.
