Stunning view from lakefront property on 40,000 acre pristine Greers Ferry Lake with 330 mile of shoreline. Private access to the lake - there is private staircase (it's about 200 steps - so walk at your own risk) to the lake. World championship fishing. The lake holds the walleye world record. Spend the day boating, waterskiing, inner tubing, or cliff jumping. Boat over to Sugar Loaf Mountain and hike to the top for even more amazing views of the lake and mountains. Ferry available at nearby marina. The cliff jumping is a short drive from the house, or you can get there by boat. The cliffs are different heights so children and adults of all ages can enjoy jumping.
Fairfield Bay also has the number one rated public golf course in the state and a second golf course which is challenging with beautiful views.
After a day on the lake, relax on the huge private deck overlooking the lake. Cook out on the gas grill. Relax in the hot tub, big enough for six, located right outside the master suite in secluded corner of deck. Enjoy the gorgeous sunsets over the lake. Don't be surprised to see deer and fox walking down the roads as you approach the house.
Bring your boat - you can either keep it in the driveway, or call the marina and they can rent you a slip for the weekend or week. The Fairfield Bay Marina is a short drive from the home. Also, there is a free boat ramp walking distance from the house.
If you are here in late fall and winter, you can come inside and warm up at the gas starting fireplace.
The house sleeps 8 comfortably. There are three bedrooms, two of which have queen beds, and the third has two twin beds. There is a bonus room with bunk beds and separate heating/air-condition unit. Sit out on the enclosed porch and watch the birds over the lake.
RESERVATION AND BOOKING POLICY
You must be 30 years old to rent. ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING AND NO PETS. Owner is highly allergic.
A reservation deposit of $500.00 is required. This must be received within 7 days after booking to hold the reservation. The deposit converts to a security/damage deposit upon your arrival and is fully refundable within 7 days of departure, provided you have followed the home's rental rules and regulations posted within. An advance payment of 50% of the rental rate is required 30 days before arrival. The balance of rent is due 15 days before arrival. There is also a $125.00 cleaning fee that is not included in the rent. This must be paid at the time of the final payment, 15 days before arrival.

CANCELLATIONS:
A 30 day notice is required for cancellation and will incur no penalty. Cancellations made within 15-29 days forfeit the 50% deposit. Cancellations made within 15 days forfeit the entire rental fee. Early departure does not warrant a refund of rental.

Payment can be made by cashiers check, personal check, and PayPal (once I have it set up).
