•Covered porch / lanai, where you can have a quiet, peaceful breakfast or lunch, overlooking a secluded back yard

• Kitchen: New gas range & over the range microwave.Table, bench and chairs seat 5 or 6 in a well-equipped kitchen brimming with many extras not found in most vacation properties. You can spend the winter and not have to bring your own kitchen with you.

Master bedroom #1 has queen size bed, and a balcony, with chair and small table, overlooks the back yard. Bath has double sinks, an oversized shower, and mirrored sliding doors opening into the system closet.

Master bedroom #2, also with a queen-size bed, desk and a hi-riser twin beds: ideal for children. Bathroom suite has a tub/shower, a single sink, and the walk in closet.

The upper level is a great space if 2 couples decide to share vacation time.

Tom and I have been property owners/managers for years, and the vacation properties are our favorites. I have a passion for making your 'home away from home' a comfortable and enjoyable place to spend your vacation time, trying to incorporate into it, not only the necessities, but many extras for you to enjoy.

Beverly purchased this townhome in 1982
Why Beverly chose Lake Mary

We spent annual vacations in FL with our children for many years. When buying we chose to be 'near' the action, rather than 'at' the action. We feel our home is in a PERFECT LOCATION: AIRPORTS: Less than an hr from Orlando Intl; 15 minutes from Sanford/Orlando Int'l; Lake Mary, FL is rated #4 in MONEY Magazine list of BEST PLACES TO LIVE in US!!!!! Just 1/3 mile off I-4, and close to the Greenway around the Orlando metropolitan area, makes for a great location to decide where to go and what to do. There's plenty. It isn't always 'best' to be in the touristy area. GO where the action, the come home to peace and quiet for family down time. Being able to have a kitchen sure saves on expenses with a family. We have loved our choice for our 'home away from home.' We hope you will too!

Very Homey - a clean and cozy home away from home

We reserved Maggie's townhouse very last minute and the owner was so accombodating to our needs. The townhome was a perfect amount of space, had EVERYTHING we needed - towels, dishes, paper towels, laundry detergent, toilet paper, etc. The community was close to so many restuarants and stores. Very easily accessible. Very clean and cozy. We were adopting a baby and this place couldn't have fitted our needs better!
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Families with Young Children

Maggies townhouse is a great place to vacation it's a home away from home very clean & spacious & Lake Mary is a great location it's only 45 minutes from the Orlando attractions & 30 minutes from Mt. Dora there's something for everyone, we had a wonderful holiday there, Linda & Dennis from NJ

To our Snowbirds from New York

We were as happy with you as guests during February and March, as you were with our home and its location. It is wonderful having delightful people with whom to share our home. I know you saw many sights, and kept the routes well traveled, as you enjoyed various locations in FL during your stay. Great location for a Florida Vacation

Lake Mary is a great location for a Florida Vacation! And, this rental was indeed like having a home away from home, very clean and with all the necessities at hand, in a great neighborhood, and close to restaurants (TooJays our favorite) and shopping. We caught the first nighttime run of the Daytona 500, "experienced" a day at The Villages with all the tricked out golf carts, quite a few days at New Smyrna Beach with dinner at The Garlic, visited with friends in Fort Myers and saw the Edison-Ford museum, and of course we even went to Disney, and much more... Next time we need to plan ahead and encourage family or friends to come along and share this spacious home.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Adventure Seekers, Girls Getaway, Sightseeing, Families with Young Children
Owner's Response: We have always liked the Lake Mary location. It is in the middle of everything. Plenty of shopping in the immediate area for all the necessities, and only 20-30 minutes for most anything.

The community in Lake Mary is very nice and your home was most spacious and well decorated, equipped with sheets, towels, paper goods, the extra basket etc.
