Adorably furnished beach side home in a gorgeous, quiet, no-drive beach only steps away from the front door. Watch the sunrise, take long walks along the beach, bathe in the sun or sit on the front porch soaking up the ocean breezes, while still enjoying the ocean view. The master suite has a bedroom with a queen size bed, TV/VCR, walk-in closet, separate office area with a computer desk and an in-room bathroom with a large walk-in shower. The 2nd bedroom has a full sized bed with a TV, VCR and DVD. The 3rd bedroom has a twin-trundle bed, which opens to a king size bed, a TV and DVD, a crib, large closet, and separate retreat/playroom. High chair, play pen and beach stroller are available upon request. The kitchen is fully stocked and has a bar stool counter area and a round table with seating for 6. Beach chairs and umbrellas are also available for use- all you need is the sun tan lotion! No smoking. No pets.

Return of deposit is waived if reservation is canceled within 30 days of rental period. Cleaning fee is $75 per stay. Rent due 30 days prior to arrival!

The house has linens, pillows, towels, beach towels, beach chairs and 6 Adirondack chairs on the front porch, for relaxing and sipping a cold drink! The house also has a laundry room with washer, dryer, drip sink, drying rack and ironing board/iron. Come in from the beach and rinse off in the outdoor shower!
