Cape Marco is an exclusive gated community on 30 acres of beachfront property at the southern tip of the island. This gives you access to great fishing in Caxambas pass, a private beach and access to the great Crescent Beach of Marco Island. Amenities include 6 Har-Tru Tennis Courts, exercise facility with dry sauna, private fishing pier, and 24 hour security personnel at the gated entry and 24 hour security patrol.
