Launiupoko Condo Rental Photos and Description
Condo, 3 Bedrooms + Convertible bed(s), 3.5 Baths, (Sleeps 6-8)
This has been our family's Hawaiian home for 46 years. Our unit is 50 yards from the ocean and next to the Clubhouse, its lanai and the ocean pool. In 2002 we completely remodeled the unit by installing granite and marble counter tops, quality furnishings and art. You can lay in the master bed and see the ocean and the island of Lanai. You can view the sunset from the 20' deck off the master bedroom. Or you can sit and play cards at the table in the master bedroom suite and view the ocean. You go to sleep to the sound of the waves and wake up to the sound of mourning doves. The master bathroom features a double vanity and a walk-in shower with double heads and a seat. Each bedroom has its own private bathroom, and the upper bedrooms have a view of the ocean. Each bedroom also has its own air conditioner and ceiling fan. There is also air conditioning in the living room/kitchen area and ceiling fans there. The lower lanai has 2 ceiling fans, stereo speakers and a table and chairs as well as a charcoal barbeque.
Ocean murals decorate the kitchen and the stairway.
Our unit also has free Wi Fi and a Wi Fi printer so that you can print out boarding passes or directions.
Our Puamana home has HDTVs, a Blu-Ray player, a stereo with speakers built into the ceiling and an iPod docking station. You can listen to your iPod while in the living area, the kitchen, the patio or even the master bedroom suite.
Walk to the ocean pool across the lawn behind the Clubhouse, swim and lay in the sun while checking for whales swimming just off shore. Or you may sit on the Clubhouse lanai, read in the library or play the piano.
Puamana is as much a state of mind as it is a place to stay.

Guestbook comments from the owner
"An absolutely superb Maui home away from home! Loved the visits from the resident red head feline, who we named 'Ono'. Whe really made our visit to Puamana special. Great suggestions for dining in the house binder. Add 'Smokehouse BBQ' to the suggestions for great ribs! We'll be back . . ."
Our family purchased our home at Puamana in 1968. It has been a large part of our family ever since. We live most of the time in California. We have two children.
Our family purchased a home in Puamana because of its location, its weather and its history. Puamana is in an ideal location. It has a view of gorgeous sunsets. Unlike other areas of Maui, it is not windy and gets less rain. Puamana is at the south end of Lahaina and an easy walk into town. Puamana also has beautiful grounds with many flowering tropical plants and trees.
Our unit is relaxing and also beautifully decorated. Hawaiian art surrounds you. The master bedroom suite has individual, adjustable reading lights for each side of the bed, as well as a table where you can sit and read or play cards while watching the ocean. Each bedroom is tastefully decorated and has its own private bath. The full wall mural along the stairway features Nemo and his friends. The mural in the kitchen adds a whimsical touch.
