Bedroom 5: King bed, kitchen, ocean view, balcony, top floor. Bedroom 6: King bed, garden view, private balcony, lower level. Bedroom 7: King bed, garden view, private balcony, lower level. Apartment: King bed, kitchen, living room with ocean view, private patio. Villa Katalina can sleep 16 comfortably.
An adjoining villa can be added which can provide space for groups up to 50.
