For those who like sports there is a mountain bike-trail (there are bikes for rent) in front of and a hiking trail behind the house which lead you directly into the Vienna Woods. There is a swimming pool only 5 minutes away and a lake in Tullnerfeld only 30 minutes away. There is free parking in front of the house as well as facilities where you can leave your bicycle.

If you want to attend cultural events in Vienna, the highly efficient underground U4 will take you to the city-centre - where most of the historical sites are situated - in just a few minutes. (In fact, it takes only 30 minutes from the living-room to St. Stephen’s Square which may well be faster than from a central district in Vienna as you do not have to change trams or buses). If you want to get some information feel free to borrow books from our library; if you prefer listening to music, you are welcome to choose from a large collection of CDs. We also provide information of current cultural events, like concerts, exhibitions at art-galleries, etc.) Or would you rather end the day leisurely? Then you can sit on our terrace - sipping a glass of local wine while enjoying the sunset.
