If you want to attend cultural events in Vienna, the highly efficient underground U4 will take you to the city-centre - where most of the historical sites are situated - in just a few minutes. (In fact, it takes only 30 minutes from the living-room to St. Stephen’s Square and 20 minutes to the castle Schönbrunn which may well be faster than from a central district in Vienna as you do not have to change trams or buses).

Sports: For those who like sports there is a mountain bike-trail (there are bikes for rent) in front of and a hiking trail behind the house which lead you directly into the Vienna Woods. There is a swimming pool only 5 minutes away and a lake in Tullnerfeld only 30 minutes away. There is free parking in front of the house as well as facilities where you can leave your bicycle.

Die Ferienwohnung entsprach in jeder Weise den Angaben des Online-Inserates. Der Zustand der Ferienwohnung war komfortabel und gepflegt und man konnte sich wie zu Hause fühlen. Der Kontakt und die Betreung durch den Vermieter waren vorbildlich und an Freundlichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft nicht zu überbieten.
Für Urlauber, welche entspannt die Stadt besichtigen und Kultur genießen wollen und darüber hinaus komfortabel untergebracht sein wollen, ist diese Ferienwohnung sehr gut geeignet.
Die Ferienwohnung in der Villa Maria ist eine hervorragende Grundlage für einen gelungenen Urlaubsaufenthalt in Wien.

Wohn-Traum im Wienerwald

Die Villa Marie: eine Traumwohnung - ein Wohn-Traum!

Bereits im Januar hatten wir im Internet die Villa Marie "gefunden" und konnten dank der Flexibilität der Vermieter auch sofort unseren Wunschtermin buchen. Die Fotos von der Wohnung waren sehr vielversprechend, die Vorfreude entsprechend groß. Nach einem Wochenende in Salzburg war es dann endlich soweit: wir waren im Wienerwald! 4 Urlaubstage lagen vor uns!

Wir waren sprachlos: eine so tolle Ferienwohnung hatten wir noch nie - und wir reisen viel! Großzügig, hell, liebevoll gestaltet, perfekt ausgestattet, kuschelig, super gepflegt + sauber, voller Charme......wir haben uns sofort "zu Hause" gefühlt! Auch die Betten waren hervorragend - wir haben wunderbar geschlafen. Das Schlafsofa im Wohnzimmer ist herrlich bequem!

Dank der hervorragenden Betreuung durch den Vermieter waren wir für unsere ersten Wienbesuche gut vorbereitet. Hütteldorf war mit dem Auto schnell erreicht, die U-Bahn fuhr alle paar Minuten. Mit dem 48-Stunden-Ticket haben wir dann die Stadt erkundet.

Die Zeit ging leider viel zu schnell vorbei!

Wir können die Villa Marie nur wärmstens empfehlen.

wien so nah und doch ruhig

Die Ferienwohnung hat eine sehr gute Ausstattung und ist mit sehr viel Liebe zum Detail renoviert und eingerichtet.
Die Lage für die täglichen Fahrten nach Wien ist durch die Verbindung mit der U 4 ab Hütteldorf genial. Empfehlenswert ist der Weg nach Hütteldorf = 1o km per PKW in das dortige Parkhaus mit Tagesgebühr von 3 € und direktem Zugang zur U - Bahn.
Der Vermieter kümmert sich bei der Begrüßung sehr intensiv um seine Gäste und gibt sehr brauchbare Insídertipps für die Erkundung der Stadt. Ansonsten ist der Vermieter angenehm diskret und lässt seine Gäste schalten und walten wie sie es möchten.
Die Wohnung ist mit Ihren Balkonen und ihrer Lage auf jeden Fall empfehlenswert.
Bei einem zweiten Besuch Wiens werde ich nur in der Villa Marie wohnen.

Wohnung zum Wohlfühlen

Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Die Wohnung war sauber und gepflegt, ruhig und unbedingt zu empfehlen. Wir waren ohne Auto nur mit S- und U-Bahn unterwegs. Auch der Taxi-Transfer von und zum Flughafen hat supergut geklappt. In der Wohnung findet man alles was man braucht, sehr nette Vermieter. Der Internet-Zugang ist sehr hilfreich.

Einmaliges Wohnerlebnis in Wienerwaldidylle

Eine Traumwohnung in herrlicher Umgebung zum Entspannen und doch so nah bei Wien in bester Lage von Purkersdorf. Auch mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln ist Wien gut zu erreichen.
