New furnishings and linens accompany the décor, which is equipped as a second home. The kitchen is exceptionally well stocked for home cooking. Quality towels and linens are stocked in the unit for your use. Take our beach chairs to the beach; leave yours at home. Just about everything you need for a wonderfully, relaxing beach vacation is here! From your double patio doors you have a view of the Gulf, and the swimming pool and hot tub below. A pond with gazebo and 7 acres of green space sets Grand Caribbean apart from other complexes in the vicinity. Your stay may include a round of golf at any one of the numerous outstanding golf courses, including Lost Key Golf Course less than a mile away.

Perdido Key is an incredible beach destination with pristine blue/green water and white, fine textured sand. Johnson Beach State Park is literally steps away from your front door. Here you will find a beautiful, elevated nature walk trail and outstanding area for bike riding for the children. Amenities: Condo complex has elevator. Two TVs, Cable, DVD, VCR, cordless phone/answering machine, compact stereo with cd player, microwave, ceiling fans, blender, toaster, coffee pot, ice tea maker, waffle maker, and washer & dryer are available in this unit. In order to maintain the unit at optimum, no pets or smoking is allowed.

Excellent value for your $$$.: This unit and area is a terrific value for you vacation dollar! Activities: On Site Condo complex: Swimming in large, seasonally heated pool, hot tub, shuffle board Nearby: Biking, trail walking in Johnson State Park, golfing, fishing, boating, diving & snorkeling, parasailing, windsurfing, zoo, water park, Big Lagoon State Park, dog track, shopping and more! Area: Perdido Key is located between Pensacola and Gulf Shores, just a short 15 minutes drive in either direction. The outlet mall in Foley is an additional 10 minutes away. FUN IN PERDIDO KEY

Our stay at this Florida Beach Condo was great! The condo was very clean and very well maintained. It had everything we needed for fun on the beach from beach chairs, floats, towels, and even good books.
The owners made renting easy and provided great customer service. They are very friendly and will help you find good restaurants and fun things to do.
We enjoyed the beach, pool and jacuzzi, Waterville, and kiaking at Sun Harbor. The Hangout was the only restaurant we ate out at. ( The condo also has a grill that you can use. )
I would recommend this condo to anyone. It has everything and more that a more expensive condo would have.

Wonderful trip

My daughter, her friend and I stayed here for a long week-end. Perfect size place for a small family, walking distance to beach and restaurants, short car ride to grocery and other stores.

We loved it here - beautiful home - and plan to return as often as possible!

Great Family Vacation!

We were looking for a nice family vacation REALLY close to a beach without a huge budget. It was perfect. We walked through the back condo gate to the public beach access. We swam in the hot tub and pool. We were able to do laundry in our condo. We cooked out on the condo grill. The girls loved the bunkbeds. We walked to a great Mexican restaurant. We had everything there we needed to feel at home. Very clean! We were able to catch a Blue Angel Show, too. Thank you so much for letting us enjoy our time together, Karin.

Better late than never

I rented this condo at the last minute for my grand daughter to swim at GPAC. It was great! Very nicely decorated with everything and I mean everything you would/could need (beach towels, boogie boards, lawn chairs etc.). I have rented several condos in various areas for the same purpose, but have not found one so well equiped, nicely located, clean, and close to the beach. I would recommed this place for anyone. We really enjoyed staying here. Thank you.

Excellent place to stay!

My husband and I rented this condo for the first time in 2007 and we absolutely loved it! It is a close distance to the beach but still a smaller condo unit instead of one of the high rises. We usually stay in October, when it is not as busy in the general area and the temperatures are perfect! It has a pool and a hot tub and all the neighbors are very friendly. We just recently returned from a visit this month and plan to return next year. We highly recommend this condo for anyone looking for a comfortable place to stay while in Perdido Key. Karin is wonderful and very flexible when it comes to scheduling.
