Description of the Rome vacation apartment rental
Roman Forum Palace is located in the heart of Roman Forum area, inside of Rione Monti. The ancient palace was completely renovated and divided into 4 studio apartments. This Roman Forum apartment studio is located just 200 meters far away from Imperial Forum area. The area is very exclusive. There is also a metro-stop (100 meters) and buses to every part of Rome. The apartment, very elegantly furnished, was recently completely restored (January 2007)!

ROMAN FORUM PALACE is located in the heart of Roman Forum area, inside of Rione Monti. The ancient palace was completely renovated and divided into 4, separated, studio apartments. The Roman Forum apartments studios are located just 200 meters far away from Imperial Forum area.
The area is very exclusive and strategically located. If you need, it is possible to rent all the palace only for you (four apartments units)!. The apartments, very elegantly furnished, are recently completely restored (2007)!
We are quite the owners, so we really rent without any commission!!

Contract terms : rates are quoted in Euro currency (not in USD !) for 2 people. We are quite the owners, so we really rent without any commission. The reservation can be done by paying in advance (30%of total amount) with a money transfer (bank or postal or by Western Union); the settlement and the security deposit (normally €300,00 for weekly rent) must be paid at the beginning of the journey. This amount (security deposit) will be refunded in full upon check out, provided everything is in order.
The breakfast is not served. We cannot accept cheques and credit card.
We have the license of the municipality of Rome and the Rome Tourism Office (A.P.T.) authorization to rent with 'Holiday House' mode.
We can also provide the following services:
* Transfer from or to the apartment (€50,00 - 2 people)
* Mobil phone rent
* City tours -

Cancellation Policy:
In case of any cancellation the charge will be as follows: 30% of the total amount.
Check in: An appointment must be made unless otherwise agreed prior to arrival. For early morning arrivals, clients should book the night before to guarantee access to their apartment before 1:00 p.m.
Out of hours arrivals and departures : if arriving or leaving outside of our normal business hours of 9:00 a.m. - 7:00 p.m., Monday to Saturday, or, anytime, on Sunday or others festivities, please be aware that there is an extra charge or € 20,00.

Note: the 4th apartment 'Attico' (A) is a penthouse with private terrace and panoramic view on Madonna dei Monti church. It is 100/150 Euro weekly more expensive than standard rates/apartments (B, C, D).
