This 2-Bedroom 1-Bath Cottage has been remodeled within the last two years. Kitchen is equipped with a new refrigerator, stove and microwave. Kitchen also has a sink, toaster, crock pot, coffee pot, mixer, new pots, pans, dishes and utensils. The bedrooms have 1-Queen and 1-Full bed. Both bedrooms have a radio/alarm clock with tape player. There is a new full size futon in the Family room area with an innerspring mattress to use as another full size bed when needed. The full bath features a new toilet, sink and shower. There is AC, ceiling fan, and 2 portable fans.
We have many little extras like a stool in the bathroom for the little ones, a wooden booster/highchair, a bookcase stocked with books for the young and the adults. There are 2 towel drying racks for your convenience and extra hooks on all the doors. In the family room area sits a new tile/gas fireplace with fingertip control for those cool nights. The TV has 49 channels. Blankets, pillows, toilet paper, paper toweling, dish soap and bath sink and shower soap are provided.
Lake Leelanau is approximately 22 miles long, so the lake is never what you would call busy. This is a clean sandy bottom lake for swimming and water sports and a much desired fishing lake. The lake has walleye, perch, rock bass and small mouth bass too. Wild life abounds here with ducks, geese, bald eagle, mink and much more.
Enjoy the firepit at night with the family, roast marshmallows and look at the stars, quite often the northern lights show themselves too.
