We are on the quiet west end of PCB - the farthest high-rise to the west. The new Pier Park development - a fantastic retail area - is 2 miles to the east. You'll find well-known stores as well as specialty boutiques and great restaurants all in a beautiful, walkable setting across from the Gulf. Visit Gulf World, a few miles away, and Ripley's Believe it Or Not Museum. Across the street is a wonderful Italian restaurant and bakery. We are also a short distance to quaint Carillon Beach - a neighborhood of shops and restaurants - and close to the softball/baseball fields.

It's a perfect location because you can head east a few miles if you want more nightlife or amusement park fun (Shipwreck Island is a great water park for the kids!). A few miles to the west is 30A, where you can visit Seaside, Watercolor, or any of the quaint towns along that scenic route. Or you could decide to stay at the resort, where there are two pools (including an indoor/outdoor one), two hot tubs, a tennis court, a game room, shuffleboard court, grills, and a fitness facility. Panama City Beach is an undiscovered gem! Come discover it at 'Emerald Oasis' and enjoy one of the world's most beautiful beaches.

Our First Family Vacation

My husband & I have been married for almost six years & we just recently took our 3 year old son on our first family vacation. We could not have found a better place to make those memories!! We had the pleasure of staying at the Spaid's beach home. I highly recommend this place for several reasons. One would be that it has a very warm & welcoming appeal. It's like being at your friends house. Secondly, the view is beyond breathtaking!! It is so beautiful, that we spent very little time watching television or sitting on the comfy couch in the evenings. Instead we sat on the balcony & enjoyed the gorgeous view. We will definitly try & be back next summer!! We loved it & could not have asked for a nicer place. The whole experience, including the communications with Tim & Elizabeth was nothing but a pleasure & wonderful memories made. God Bless!!

Our recent stay at the Celadon was just wonderful! This condo is very clean, roomy, and comfortable. The view from the balcony is breathtaking! You could literally sit there all day and let the Gulf mesmerize you. Very relaxing!

The west end of the beach is definitely the place to stay if you desire peace and quiet. Things to do and great places to eat are very close by, but this area is far less commercialized than further east. The only noise we heard was when a group of F-22 Raptor aircraft from Tyndall AFB in Panama City flew by the condo! That was exciting to watch!

Our stay was in early November, and the weather could not have been better. The only drawback is that the beach chairs/umbrellas are not put out after the end of October. We should have packed beach chairs! But we enjoyed walking on the beach. It was just a little cool for swimming, but we don't swim anyway, so that didn't matter.

All things considered, this is simply a great place to stay! Thank you, Tim and Elizabeth!

We had a great time during our recent stay at Tim and Elizabeth's Emerald Oasis. The 20th floor view is amazing and the unit, including the balcony, had plenty of space for the four of us that were vacationing. Transactions and communication with the owners was fast and easy. We will definitely consider renting from the owners again in the future. And check out Pier Park, it's a great addition to Panama City Beach. It's only a few minutes drive from the Celadon.

Emerald Oasis was wonderful! This was the nicest and most classy place I have ever stayed. The condo was nicely decorated, and the view was indescribable. It had everything and more than anyone could ask for. I would not even think about staying somewhere else when I return to PCB. Thanks so much Tim and Elizabeth. Our vacation was great.

The Celadon 2007 was the perfect tropical get a way. We fell in love with it from the moment we walked in the door! The beautiful, turquoise ocean view from the condo was breath taking! The parasailing, swimming, pier park, and great dining complimented our family vacation. We can't wait to come back!
